Kammal Deluxe Hotel

Don’t book this place if you are carrying luggages, most of the time the lift services are not available.. the host there didn’t even prepare the room with towels, drinking water or toilet papers. I am sure I can get much better hotels with the same or lower prices..

usually that Manager over there in morning around 10 am for cleaning floor.... He knocked my door many time but didn't answer Trip.com.staff phone called phone 27／9／2021 3 am I d already reported to Trip.com.hot line.

The room is small but It is acceptable for this price .It is nearly MTR station

Thst was not the sam room I reserved. The First night was in a other hostel in the same building, because The Kamal Deluxe couldnt find my resrrvation and there were much such a confusion. I was there however 2 weeks, but no cleaning during this season, and I received another room in other adress, in such a storehouse with two beds; the floor was full of water come from the joint wc and dusch, which was uncleaned as well. I had paid all in advance, thus I used the accomodation as a such it was. This hostel cannot recommend anybody. I suppose, however that rooms in the original adress could have been much better. They told that this room would be better, but it was not. For example the elecric wires were installed in the air, no cleaning, problems with locks and a new operative locking system in the front door without any information in advance. I have accustomed in many conditions, so I could sleep there, but no trust on this hostel any more. The money needed in advance, but the service is very poor. No seats or table in the room. Your bed only.
