乾淨舒適 環境：不錯 服務：很好

The location is great, my room was tiny but clean and totally sufficient. It had a Tv,hairdryer and basic bathroom amenities. My only issue was a check-in as I didn't read the reviews and hadn't contacted the hotel in advance so ended up waiting for quite some time because there's no staff. After I received the message with all the access codes, no issues whatsoever 🙂I was very lucky because I arrived in the afternoon, can't imagine arriving at night😅

We had a wonderful stay at Best Hotel (hostel). We were a family of 4 (2 seniors and 2 adults). The location is superb! Near food shops, 7/11, stores and MTR station. Across the street and a few blocks away is the temple street and more or less 15 mins. walk to Mongkok. We stayed during winter season so walking around the area is not an issue. The best thing is the place is quite and fully secured with keypad locks. Will definitely comeback. The place is ideal if you just come to rest and sleep like we did since we were outside the whole day. Thank you again!

I came to Hong Kong alone to watch a concert at the Hong Kong Coliseum. I chose this hotel after a long time. After I got familiar with the road conditions, I could come back to rest in about half an hour in the early morning. It is difficult to find. You need to spend some time using navigation to familiarize yourself with the surrounding area, and be careful not to navigate to other hotels with the same name. The single room is relatively small, you can see the pictures of other reviews, but this price is very cost-effective in Hong Kong. In addition to social phobia, I am very adaptable + I like the contactless service, and I feel very happy overall. The happy and unforgettable concert trip + pleasant stay also greatly increased my favorability towards Hong Kong. Facilities: The single room has basically all the commonly used items. I bring my own water cups and toiletries, and there is no washbasin. There are also conversion plugs, which is quite surprising, because many reviews of other hotels complain about the lack of conversion plugs. Also, the hair dryer is at the door, and you need to remember to take it in to blow your hair. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Because it is one of many rooms on the same floor, it feels crowded and a bit stuffy when entering and leaving. But the ventilation equipment is automatically turned on in the room, which feels good. Service: As other reviews have said, you need to contact the hotel official via WeChat a few days in advance, and then just do what they say. It seems a bit complicated, but I can accept and like this contactless service. It is said to check in at 15:00, but in fact you can check in after you pack up around 14:00, but you are required to check out on time at 11:00, which needs to be followed.

I spontaneously found this room online and booked it that night. Good location and the facilities are completely sufficient. Unfortunately it was very loud in the room and the noises from the street could be clearly heard. There was also a very strong smell in the room. The check-in was difficult, I was only able to get into my room hours after the check-in time due to the room being prepared and the door codes not being sent. All around the rooms are in a good location and you have to consider what you value.

My sister has always been very caring and the location is good. If you want to participate in a marathon, you can start running as soon as you come downstairs😄😄

Facing the main street and close to the subway station, it is in a safe location even at night. A convenience store is also nearby. For check-in, you will need to contact the staff via we chat or whatsapp, so it is better to prepare one of these apps in advance. The check-in communication didn't go smoothly, so I couldn't get into the hotel, let alone my room, and had to wait in front of the door for nearly 30 minutes. After that, I didn't receive any reply, and I was worried whether I would actually be able to stay there. The room is small but clean. After that, there was a problem, but there was no one at the front desk, so we communicated via we chat and the problem was resolved properly.

A normal place to stay in HK, a good location

The transportation is convenient. This is my second time staying here. Everything is good.

It was my first time to go to Hong Kong and I booked online! The room is not big enough for one person to sleep in, but the safety performance is guaranteed! I brought an important document and didn’t lose it. Not bad! There is a shared refrigerator, washing machine, and kitchen. The waiter is very friendly. The bathroom door does not close tightly. The latch on the other door does not work and needs to be repaired. It would be nice if there were windows and a small table in the room.

The room is small and the price is not cheap

On the first day, I called in broken English because I didn't know how to enter the room, but they responded very politely. It was a good trip. I would like to study English and Cantonese again and stay again.

For a super social person like me, I can check in and check out without any face-to-face contact, which is not bad.

I booked it on behalf of my mother. She went to check in at night and there was no one at the front desk. She called and asked that she didn't have the reservation record. Later she said she had it and said she had to use the password to open the door. When she went up to the fourth floor, no one was checking in. My mother said It feels like a haunted house. I can't live in it if I just leave. The money can't be refunded or cancelled. It's a bad review.
