Checked in to the hotel the outside looked great. Got to my room it was dirty it had stains on the floor and wall and had a smell. Turned the TV on didn’t work. Went downstairs to let them know said they had no maintenance on site at the time and will be fixed. Stayed 7 days and ended up buying a TV they never fixed it. Second day the toilet started leaking. They fixed it but wanted a different room but was fully booked. The only reason for staying was I was in the area for 7 days and the price was manageable. The maintenance man stands outside smokes and sells **** all day while living at the hotel. You get no help from staff. This place is a joke.

Terrible. Elevator out of order. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. We couldn’t deal with it and had to leave. Then the GM said he wouldn’t refund the room despite our complaints.

The staff was really good asking for help and they were there right on the spot stayed there twice and I'll do it again the kitchens are really clean

My complaint is about the hotel only. It’s old and gross. Thankfully we only had to sleep and leave. Not a place I’d choose a second time.

We liked the pet policy and kitchen but wished they had some kitchen items like coffee pot , toaster, and a few cooking eating itinsels
