I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in. Excellent and friendly staff, Phuc and Tin provided particularly fantastic service and we especially enjoyed the traditional Vietnamese coffee making class out on by Tin. Definitely plan on staying here again in the future, it’s just outside the busiest part of Hoi An, you can rent bikes at the entrance of the hotel or bicycles from the hotel itself.

Excellent stay for two girls. Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Location was away from the bustling ancient town but it was easy to get a Grab. We also walked back from the old town at night. It was a quiet route most shops closed but we didn’t feel unsafe. I would say the route felt safe but do still be vigilant. The staff spoke good English and there was no difficulty at all trying to communicate. Service was excellent, staff offered to help us to pack breakfast after knowing that we were checking out earlier than breakfast time. When our driver was late, staff was also attentive to look out for our driver by the street and offered to help us call and speak to our driver - all without us asking for help! Breakfast buffet was good and the views from the outdoor seats were fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay if you’re in the area!

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

I was impressed by the service during my check in to the hotel. While they processed, we were given refreshments. Strongly recommend the hotel as it is walking distance about 15 min walk to old city. Morning breakfast buffet is good too as they changes their menu daily.

We stayed in room 222 for 3 nights as part of an Emerald Cruises tour. Room was huge and had a separate bathroom, toilet and dressing area. Bed was comfortable and had a couch so you could watch TV. Breakfast was included and had many choices both western and Asian. A chef would cook eggs and omelettes as well. They had a great travel agent at the entrance gate who arranged a private tour for us to The Golden Bridge (Hand Bridge) which was excellent. Very close to the Markets, a great Italian Restaurant Good Morning Vietnam and a ice coffee shop that was airconditioned.

Great 3 night stay at Coco Viet (Sophie Villa). For the price, it’s great value for money. Clean, comfortable beds, decent bathroom, balcony etc. It is a pretty basic but has all you need as a base. The hotel was a great location for us as we could still walk into the old town but it wasn’t right in the middle which we liked. Tina was very helpful and organised a cooking class which we would highly recommend as well as helped us with bike rental. We cycled to the beach through the rice paddies which was a fun experience. Overall, would not hesitate to stay here again.

Some of the windows were double glazed so it wasn't noisy outside at night. 【service】 The staff at the front desk was very kind. He told me about recommended rice restaurants and banh mi stalls. When I took out Banh Mi for dinner, they not only let me eat it in the breakfast area in the lobby, but also served me some juice. When my phone wasn't working, she looked for recommended spas and made reservations for me. I didn't have any problems communicating with the staff who didn't speak English because I was able to communicate with them using an interpreter app on my smartphone. Although I didn't use it, there was also a safe, refrigerator, slippers, loungewear, hats, umbrellas, bicycles, and a swimming pool. 【breakfast】 You can choose as much as you like from a menu of more than 10 dishes, including Western and Vietnamese dishes, and they will cook it for you on the spot. All were extremely delicious. The service was very good, and the location and interior design were good, so it was a hotel that I would want to stay at again. thank you very much! !

The staffs were fantastic !! They were one of the best hospitality staffs there. We killed some time in the hotel lobby for a taxi to the airport due to delaying our flight. One staff was very caring our flight and she treated us some hot tea and some snacks. It touched our heart. Fantastic location in the hart of Old Town. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in. Good price accommodation. Quiet at night. Room is a little dated, aircon worked well. Small refrigerator supplied. Room could use a good spring clean. No water bottles available, no toiletries except one toothbrush and t/p. And only two hand towels for drying your body. Overall a little rough around the edges but I would stay again because of the location and price.
