This lovely hotel is an excellent value located right by the entrance to the Old Town. The pool is gorgeous, our room was huge with a lovely balcony overlooking the city. Staff could not have been more accommodating. We loved everything about our stay! Our only suggestion is that a covered walkway be installed between buildings for the rainy season.

If you want to stay in Hoi An for more than 2 or 3 days, I recommend choosing this one. If you only stay for one or two nights, I suggest finding a good location to travel more conveniently.
First of all, let’s talk about the disadvantages: the attitude of the female receptionist on the first day of check-in was average and a little impatient. Some people raise chickens near the hotel, and the chickens can't stand the noise every night. There are very, very few types of breakfast, nothing to eat. It’s a bit far from the ancient city, about 20 minutes’ walk, and there are too many motorcycles and it’s not safe.
Advantages: The room area is large, the yard is very beautiful, the air view is good, and it is very quiet away from the crowd. The final check-out is less than five in the morning, because I told the front desk to check out tomorrow morning. As soon as the door opens in the morning, an old man will He rushed over to help us with our luggage, and kept waiting for the bus with us on the side of the road. Although he didn’t understand English, I said he could go back to rest first, but it might be dark. He was worried about the two girls and insisted on waiting with us. Thank you very much.

The River Suites is a wonderful place to stay, extremely clean and central. Such professional service. Super comfy bed and pillows. The staff where very helpful and also accomodating to any request we may have asked form them on our stay in Hoi An. My partner and I are happy to recommend your hotel to our family and friends. Although it is a four-star hotel, there is room for improvement in facilities and sanitary conditions. The bathroom and curtains have moldy spots. The door of the room type cannot be locked at the beginning. After the reaction, it was repaired, but it was locked in the room the next morning. I had to call the counter to help.
Ask the hotel to help arrange the transfer to Bana Mountain. The driver may not be familiar with the road in the middle. It is a bit uneasy to drive with a mobile phone all the way.

If you want a quiet trip in Hoi An, I definitely recommend it. Two swimming pools and the sea and beach right in front of the river are the best places to relax quietly. It's about 20 minutes from Hoi An, and if you want a quiet resort, go here. There are many free shuttles to Hoi An Bay 3 times a day, and taxis are easy to find. It is about 40 minutes from Da Nang Airport.

For about 500,000 won per night, you can live in a pool villa that will make you feel rich!
However, due to poor management during the Corona period, there are parts of the facility that are not well maintained compared to the year of construction. There is peeling of the wooden deck and discoloration of the fabric chairs. Facilities include billiards, table tennis, a kids' club, a gym, and a swimming pool, but compared to Korean resorts, the facilities feel a bit lacking, and it's a shame that there are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby.
The staff are all friendly and greet each other well. However, the English pronunciation was sometimes difficult to understand.
But it's good value for money and it's not crowded, so it's great for swimming! Also, the sea sunrise seen from the pool villa is really pretty~

The service at this hotel was fantastic. I loved the big pool and there were always enough loungers. The kids pool is separate at the back of the hotel.
The room over the kids pool was a bit noisy and also from the traffic on the small bridge nearby. The enclosed balconies give good sound proofing at night.

The new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. GGuest UserThe new hotel is just across the bridge from the old town. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Because it is separated by a bridge, the hotel is relatively quiet. The hardware facilities are clean and tidy, and the staff are kind and helpful. There are also bicycles for free rental, and you can experience the beauty of the ancient city from different angles.

MmmmiloWe had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw.
P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water.
Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

The breakfast was very rich, including freshly fried poached eggs, boiled eggs, and chicken rice noodles. This is the hotel. The restaurants inside are cheaper than eating out. The quilts and beds in the hotel are very comfortable. There are many free shuttle buses to Hoi An Ancient Town every day. At such a price, you can only get this kind of treatment and service with a minimum of 1,500 yuan in China. ! ! Bring your family over for vacation next time,

I recently stayed at the Tran Family Hostel in Hoi An, Vietnam, and I had a wonderful experience. The hostel staff was incredibly helpful and assisted me in organizing trips to My Son and Hue, which went smoothly without any issues. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor swimming pool.
The location of the Tran Family Hostel is just a 5-minute walk from the city center, making it extremely convenient for exploring the vibrant streets of Hoi An. The hostel's proximity to various attractions, markets, and restaurants allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local atmosphere.
The rooms at the Tran Family Hostel are modern and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The highlight was the super comfy bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The cleanliness and upkeep of the accommodation were also commendable.
One of my favorite amenities at the Tran Family Hostel was the outdoor swimming pool. It provided the perfect spot to unwind and cool off during hot Vietnamese afternoons. The pool area was well-maintained and added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay.
All in all, my time at the Tran Family Hostel was fantastic. The staff's assistance in organizing trips to My Son and Hue ensured a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The convenient location, modern rooms, and comfy bed added to the overall comfort of my stay. I highly recommend the Tran Family Hostel to fellow travelers visiting Hoi An.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience.
The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant atmosphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again!

We stayed 4 nights still find breakfast reasonably good. Aircon is not centralised, Booked king suite river view room the comes with 2aircon.

CCataFerGoWe stayed at Hao Anh Villa for 3 nights and it was a very nice and smooth stay.
- Staff: very nice and helpful people that can speak good english;
- Room: Very good! Clean (they clean it everyday), spacious and comfortable. The only con were the mosquitos. We found a lot of them in the first day (probably because they left the door open during the cleaning period), but after that it was ok.
- Amenities: The pool is nice and clean as well as the surrounding area, with some deck chairs and tables. You can also find power outlet nearby the pool which is very helpful if you want to work from there.
- Location: Good! Close to Hoi A city center (25 min walking or 10 min. by bike - the hotel lend them for free). Close to a lot of local restaurants, mini markets and stores. If you want to avoid the crowd from city center and still be close to it, it is a good choice.
- Breakfast: ok, nothing special. Basically 2 eggs, 1 slice of bread and a drink (you can also choose noodles), but good enough to wait until lunch time.
- Internet: great even inside the room. Perfect for working.
You will notice that you’re in a guesthouse because probably the staff will make too many questions or maybe they will enter your room without knocking (it happened multiple times). If you’re ok with that (we felt it kind of funny), we totally recommend it and for sure you will enjoy your stay.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for a couple of nights, as a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The pool (a bit small but understandable given the location) was very refreshing after a long day of walk. The hotel offers great service for the guests - we were able to book a tour for the following day, and we managed to do this after 9 PM in the evening - the service at the reception was impeccable! Breakfast is all that one would need - recommend to try the specialty coffees (egg coffee, coconut coffee, salted coffee). They come extra but they are SO good! The place is walking distance from the river and this gets very animated in the evenings. All in all, great stay and highly recommended.

TTom AOne of the highlights of our travels in Vietnam was staying here. Hoang was incredibly welcoming, kind and generous! He also had a sense of humour which was brilliant. His family is lovely, as is his guesthouse. The room had everything you needed, and we were very pleased. Shortish walk to town centre and they even offer free bikes to customers to use. Hoang was really lovely and very attentive and really tried hard to make sure we had a relaxing stay. He recommended us to his sisters tailor (Remys) which was great fun and also a great tailors! 100% would recommend staying here.

GGuest User My second visit to this hotel again within 10days, 1st visit was in October and everything was perfect and this 2nd trip (November) there’s a water trapped faulty in the shower room, room door is a bit not in good condition and the channel reception, TV remote control not functioning well , and here comes another staffs Mr Thuong (Bellman cum Security) together with maintenance staff come to rectify the issue, subsequently Front Desk Receptionist Ms Phuah Thi Hong Hanh called me and asked if I need to change to another room , well I told her if they can solved the issues in my room I’ll just remain to the same room . I’m so pleased the hotel really take care of their hotel guests as the next following day , Ms Phuah has prepared new room to me for room change although I never ask for it because the issues has been solved on the spot. Thank you and appreciate! Initial part was tempted to try other 4-5 stars hotels with much better facilities and great rate on room rates within the vicinity but end up I still choose back Le Pavillion because Front House staffs are extremely helpful , friendly and genuine warm welcome us home, here I really wants to compliment Mr Vo Van Tri (Bellman cum Security) whom doesn’t speak much English but he knows and understands what I need , whenever I walk out from the hotel entrance he will approached me and ask if I need hotel bicycle to get to my destination. Will definitely choose the same hotel again for my next trip .
