We have spent two nights in this homestay which runs by their family. The host was nice and full of smile all the time. I believe they have 1/F and 2/F for rent to travellers. 3 rooms on each floor. The doors are quite old actually, and the shower is not stable on the first night (dripping water). The prepared slippers, toothbrushes, toothpastes, towels, paper rolls for travellers. I would give 4/5 overall. Just that there are ants and bugs on the walls, but inevitably in homestay with long history.

Very nice family there running this homestay. It is very close to all the action. The price is of course good. The only down side is that the accommodations are quite low quality I would say.

Good location, close to tourist attractions But the price should be cheaper than this. The refrigerator is provided. The door is difficult to open and close.

It's in a great location close to Hoi An's city center, and I was able to receive comfortable service. We recommend staying overnight when sightseeing in Hoi An.

I recently stayed at Cosy House Homestay in Hoi An and had a great experience. The place was clean and offered reliable internet access, which was really convenient. The hosts were fantastic - friendly and helpful, providing great local tips. Its location near the ancient town was a big plus, making exploring a simple 2 minute walk however they also have bicycles if you want to venture out a bit further. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Hoi An.

Nice, big, freshly remodeled, very clean bedrooms. The family there are very nice and friendly . They are very helpful and spoke English. Very close walking distance to lantern night market, just down the street. That's where you want to be. Great location! I Highly recommended this place and I definitely will stay here again.

We loved our stay! The family was so Nice and Made our stay in hoi an 100 times better. Every time we went out to do something they gave us a bottle of water, and they gave us lots of tips and recommendations. Lee (one in the family), fixed transport several times as well. If you’re going to hoi an, we really recommend you to stay at there Homestay hotel! The location is really good too, and close to everything. But in a quiet street, so easy to sleep.

It is located on An Hoi Island in the middle of the Tupong River, right next to the old town across An Hoi Bridge, and right next to the night market, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. However, it is outside the no-motorcycle area of ​​the old town, so pickup cars can also enter. Amenities include soap, toothbrush, and bath towel. No hand towels and shampoo. One bottle of water is provided. There is a TV, air conditioner, but no refrigerator. There is a system where you take off your shoes at the entrance and there are no slippers etc. in the room. It was comfortable.
