The location is great as it is only a 7 minute walk to Saigon Square. But the hotel staff did not clean our room in the three days we stayed at the hotel and the towels were not clean. Also, we didn’t use our pillows the first night because they smelled bad. Hopefully the service will improve because the hotel is affordable and the location is also perfect.

Average hotel

We stayed for 6 hours, soft beds give out water upon arrival, the bathroom was dirty, the shower was very unpleasant to set up. But overall a good hotel.

They cleaned the room every day, changed towels, and replenished supplies.The location was excellent, and it was a good place to go anywhere. There was one disappointing point. This time I stayed in a room on the first floor, but out of the five nights I had hot water in the shower, there was only one day. The negative point was that the temperature was between fresh water and lukewarm water. If you leave food or plastic bottles on the floor, small ants will gather there before you know it, so be careful. The staff and everyone else was very nice!

1,600 yen per night is a bargain, but since the flight is late at night, it is used for taking a shower and storing luggage.

Very poor standard, but the only positive thing is location which was very central. There was very ma y flies and other bugs in this hotel. Was concerned about bedbugs as well.... The noises in this hotel is very loudly, could hear the neighbour talking in his phone a lot and when they had a shower. I guess you cant expect more from a low quality hotel

My room was very dirty. There is no hot water in the shower, no cleaning, no trash disposal, no towel changing, and there are many insects. When I asked the front desk staff, they changed the towels and threw out the trash, but the room was not cleaned.

Nice location to everything. Staff was very accommodating on all the needs. Great place to stay.

I have paid for fourteen nights stay but stayed two nights, first night I noticed the linens weren’t clean, the shower screen unsecured about to fall off, nothing holding the bottom saw it was just hanging from the top and it swing, very unsafe. The following morning I was leaving when my friend requested from staff to change room to try a second night and it was infested with Silver fish, decided to check out. So I’ve paid for fourteen nights I only slept uncomfortably for two nights. Twelve nights should be refunded to my account.
