My 2nd consecutive stay in 2 months at this hotel; as usual the excellent service & courtesy of the residence club level staff is immaculate during check-ins/check outs, general queries handling & service requests attentiveness, etc. Other housekeeping staff, concierge & lobby staff are also resolute & friendly with guests’ needs. ☝️👍. Exceptional service - staff are always attentive to our needs and very helpful. Make great recommendations for sightseeing, transport, food etc. Room has an excellent view of the city and even from the bathtub! Bath salt is also provided. Good location and walking distance to many places but we took Grab most of the time as the rides are inexpensive and the drivers always reach within 5 mins. I will not hesitate to stay at Pullman if I am in HCMC.

Beautiful hotel with plush furnishings. Hotel rooms were super nice and very comfortable beds. Location couldn't be better - it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do or a short ride over for anything further out. Food at the restaurant was great too. Honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The best part of our stay were the staff. They were the nicest, most hospitable and friendly people that went above and beyond to welcome us and make sure we were having a great time. We regretted not hugging every single person that went out of their way to look after us (it was all of them). We'll be back!

This hotel was recommended to me by a barman in another part of the city and I’m glad he did. Excellent little hotel in a really nice street just off Vui Bien. Lots of good bars / restaurants / cafes on the street. Basic rooms but clean and superb for the price. Reception staff very helpful with passable English. Would definitely stay again when in HCMC.

Totally love this hotel, for the priced I was offered the smallest room at the highest level, 7.. however as someone with a large, heavy luggage, there were some flight of stairs that i had to take to access to the next building, so I had to carry my heavy suitcase on my own.. Room is very much 95% soundproof which helps a great deal!

At first we registered our child plus 1 adult for one room yet the child no stay and we want to change 2 adult per room , just 2 hours difference , staff requested us pay extra fee another 200000vnd for exchanging person .. Booked this particular hotel as I wanted a pool. Although a little overpriced. Went to the skybar for a drink, no menus on table, was shown drinks menu in a electronic tablet, ordered a small tiger beer. Thought it was 50k, ordered another 1ltr tiger draught 250k, again overpriced, but thought would be easier. When asked for the bill was given total of 542,850! They charged 120 and 350k for the drinks, AND tax on top of that! Queried and argued with manager who agreed to give me 20% ”discount”. Paid in disgust, to sort out with hotel manager in morning. Aircon in room not cool at night. Called to have it looked at nothing they could do. They put up a sign on lift in the morning advising pool cannot be used until the following day due to a wedding! Had they told me yesterday pool was unavailable I would not have checked in!!!! Spent 2 hours with asst manager and telephoning manager, asking for a refund or extended checkout. Would not provide. Eventually agreed to extended checkout after a few hours. This hotel/bar falsely advertises facilities, could have advised pool not available, then STEALS from guests by advertising a price and charging something completely different. I have not experienced anything like this in any other hotel I've stayed in anywhere in the world. Ohh and today was advised doing lift maintenance, will be 30 mins, 4 hours later no lift, had to walk with luggage from 6th floor. No hotel staff assistance. Eventually got correct change from drinks money stolen AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The location is near Bui Vien Street and I think it is suitable for young people who want to make a fuss until midnight. As for the facilities, it is not an atmosphere of relaxing with the feeling that the minimum bed, shower and toilet are installed. (Air conditioner and refrigerator were installed.) However, it is very cheap, so if you mainly go out, I think Cospa is good! The inn is kind and always greets me. The dryer was not set in the room, but I was able to lend it all day. It is not suitable for those who want to feel the resort feeling at the hotel, but it can be recommended for young travelers with price competitions.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Lily’s hostel! It’s located on a side road just off the busy backpacker area, so you’re only a 20 second walk from all of the bars and restaurants but you’re secluded enough from the Main Street that you don’t head too much noise as you’re sleeping. The rooms at Lily’s are lovely too, they’re very pretty and modern with nice furnishings. We booked a standard double room but Lily was kind enough to upgrade us to a bigger room which had a big smart TV with Netflix! Lily herself is absolutely lovely and is so helpful. She looked after us during our time there and helped us to organise any trips we needed. It was a pleasure to stay here! One of the best hostels we stayed in Vietnam - definitely recommend.
