非常滿意的體驗，酒店風格是喜愛的傳統溫泉旅館，但旅館的裝潢設計是時尚高級的。旅館服務人員的工作態度由前台至管家及餐廳用膳的工作人員都非常專業有禮。整個體驗覺得歡愉與受到尊重。

素敵な宿でした。
子どもの楽しめるスペースもあり、夕食時は子どもが退屈しないように玩具や絵本を持ってきていただきました。
お部屋は、写真よりは狭めに感じました。
また、窓ガラスが綺麗だとさらに素晴らしいと思います。
スタッフの方の対応はとても良かったです。

The service is good and the room is very comfy and nice. However, for the food wise, in general experience is just ok. The outdoor private onsen with stunning Mountain View and I really enjoyed the stay! Worth for a stay!
