The location is somewhat central in Hiroshima, but not near any tram or Metro stations. Other than that, it's a nice hotel. The public bath has a sauna, there is an amenities bar where you can take anything you need from a toothbrush to an air purifier to an iron, and the front desk staff is always ready to help. There are convenience stores every 200 ft. The bed and pillow are comfortable by Western standards. Wi-Fi can be slow at times, but the signal has never dropped out.

Close to the City Center, nice bath. We had booked something wrong but the staff was very helpful and changed it for us. Breakfast also very good.

It was very comfortable especially for the price. 100 percent would rebook if in town again.

The hotel is a little outdated, and there are a lot of people sharing each shower and toilet. Perhaps I went at a quiet time of year, but I didn't find this to be an issue, the toilet and shower were always free when I wanted them. The location is also convenient.

Good location of the hotel, excellent large swimming pool in the bathhouse. They provide gowns, washcloths, etc. The only negative is that the machines only have cold drinks and in our room there was a century-old layer of dust on the TV and table. P.S. The staff does not speak English, keep this in mind if relevant.

I could barely sleep in a hotel where everything was bad. ① I could hardly rest because of the sounds of snoring from the next room, the shower room, walking in the hallway, and doors opening and closing. ②The room did not have a toilet, sink, electric kettle, telephone, or closet, which was very inconvenient. ③The public bath is too shallow and narrow for adults to enter. ④ There was a lot of black mold and peeling on the walls and ceiling, and it didn't seem like they were cleaning it. ⑤There was no remote control for the air conditioner.The temperature could not be adjusted, making it difficult to sleep. There are many other hotels, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, even if it was free.

However, the washroom and toilet are shared, but considering the price, it doesn't matter.
