Glemm by Avenida Superior Hotel & Residences

Very good location of the hotel, spacious and cosy room, fine cosmetics by Rituals. Very helpful and friendly staff (especially Filip, Larissa and Viktor ;) ), LUXURY dinner every day and rich breakfast. Solid choice of wines. Nice spa and pool. Maybe one proposal for improvement - try to extend charging points for the e-bikes - just 1 cable and 4 plugs are not enough. Absolutelly recommendable, those 4 nights were unforgotable, we´ll definitely come back!

Upfront. Avoid this place. The Glemm is a new hotel (it’s not really a hotel) it has a prime place and looks impressive from outside. These impressions continue inside. High quality fittings and great views of the valley. The suites are practical but the bathrooms are tiny. If you use the sink you have to close the door and if someone enters you will be knocked by the door. The sauna in the bathroom is a neat feature. Beds are comfy and the views again are a highlight. The pool is small to medium size but nice although if the hotel is busy this could be a pain. A very nice sauna area also is connected to the spa area. This however is not the problem. It’s the staff. Oh my I have never came across such rude, arrogant unfriendly staff ever. Motivation is clearly a massive issue. The staff give you an impression they do not enjoy what they do. It started on arrival. There are zero concierge services. No help with bags or even a fretting despite 4 people sat around the check in area. Not even a hello. The lady that checked me in was probably the most polite staff member I came across. After that it went down hill rapidly. The hotel has a complex design so you would think a guide to the room would happen. Nope and certainly no help with luggage. You are on your own here. The breakfast room is a real area this hotel requires some leadership. The staff will make you feel depressed and the negative feeling is clear to be seen. Asking for anything is dismissed with a rolling of the eyes and a why are you bothering me look. Really really bad and made me feel very uncomfortable. Flies at breakfast is also a problem. This surprised me. A hotel is not just a building. It is about hospitality and this place has zero. To sum it up as a guest it feels like you are treated as an unfortunate inconvenience. You may as well find an Airbnb. I would suggest you look at the thomsn alpine rock hotel. I had dinner there and the vibe is much more advanced sophisticated and guest friendly. The investment group that paid for this place should seek a new staffing agency as soon as possible. It will effect ROI. Lastly, There is no leadership/management presence so I assume the above problems will prevail.

Overall acceptable, but an average place. We know it's not a cheap hotel so should be better than 3 star for instance. Bed was very uncomfortable, like sleeping in the hamak shape bed. Plenty people inside and disorganised breakfast. Dinner at the restaurant - not adequate to the place you eat. You need a decent proper food after skiing and not fine cuisine with unpleasant waiter. Location is not the best if you are skiing as you rely on the bus lift and this is only in certain hours, you can not call and ask for a ride, you must wait in the queue - jus no no. Find a hotel in closer distance to the ski lift and probably even pay less as Glemm is not the cheapest for its quality. On top of that, last day of the stay in the hotel of this class and while skiing you must use common toilet to change and prepare yourself for a trip. No options for people who travel (dayroom etc) at the evening and still want to use last day of vacation - even if i wanted to pay extra - it was not allowed. Shame on such a hotel.

After a disastrous experience at an apartment we had rented in saalbach, we couldn’t stay in anymore we found that GLEMM had a room for us. We went to visit the hotel, had dinner and got shown a room. The receptionist couldn’t have been more helpful. We booked that night and moved in the next day. Our room was a one bedroom suite with private sauna, 2 bathrooms and sofa bed in lounge. Perfect setup for us and our 28 year old. The kitchen facilities were brilliant, everything you needed and a Siemens oven etc. our view was fantastic across to the slopes and towards the outdoor pool. Housekeeping were amazing and even left a message to say they would come back if needed to empty the dishwasher! The private sauna was excellent and we used it every day. We loved staying here and couldn’t fault the Service. Only criticism is, the ski bus transfer to slopes could stop at other lifts and they need 2 buses when busy as we did have to wait one morning for 2 buses to depart before we got on! Thank you for making our holiday and hopefully we can return again.

Room with sauna and mountain view way perfect. Hotel food was great. Sauna and pool were great. External spa was first for me but it was great. We also had a good weather. Staff very nice especially Filip and Gabriela.

It's really magic hotel, everything was extra perfect. Every single detail was managed. Relax and tranquil it is about this hotel! I stayed here with my family, they are also excited. Breakfast and dinner were yummy. Warm pool. Really recommend! We'll stay here again 100%
