出來玩了半個多月，真是住的最差又貴的酒店，本來想着住好一點選的這家酒店，一進房間，整個房間的燈都很暗，衞生間門口的燈都壞了，還有空調也調不了，這都算了，衞生間的水龍頭還是壞的，一打開水龍頭，水是往上噴的，滋了一身的水，和前台要求換一個房間，要我們去問保潔，真是搞不懂，保潔又説其他房間更差，一個這麼大的酒店，連個像樣點的房間都沒有，第二天退房和前台反應，前台又説衹要客人要求換酒店就可以換，不是問保潔，不知道酒店前台怎麼培訓的，本來都打算住多兩天的，真是怕了，避雷！

這家酒店在預訂時是比較放心的，因為在州府城市，又是評分比較高的酒店，沒想到就這家出了狀況，辦入住時被告知因為水管壞了需維修，晚上9點才能用熱水，當時沒啥意見，直接外面吃完晚飯回酒店。但到了9點仍沒有熱水，問了客房中心，都説不清楚，衹説還在維修，不知道什麼時候能有熱水，讓我們非常尷尬，換酒店也不可能了。馬上打攜程投訴，攜程小姐姐倒是非常給力，馬上聯繫酒店，詢問情況，並及時反饋煩給我，説酒店已經在燒熱水，晚上11點可以使用。之後，酒店工作人員也上門查看，並保證11點可以使用。的確，到了11點左右，我們可以使用熱水，基本還算圓滿。本來早餐是自助餐，也因為過年期間缺人手，專門給我們送了三份早餐，這倒也能理解。能及時解決問題，沒有影響我們的好心情，最點贊👍的是攜程處理投訴的小姐姐👧

酒店老舊了，或者説它本身裝修就比較老氣，但各類設施齊全。剛挖了地下停車場，停車還是挺方便的。
家庭房明顯是從套房裡改過來的，不過三四口之家住一下還不錯；初上高原，休息很重要；隔音並不太好，有賴各路大神自覺。早飯還不錯，齊全，達到標準水準。
合作並不太大，離繁華街區也不太遠，打個車每人頭3塊錢；當然來自大城市的你千萬別誤解“繁華”，衹是單純指人多一點點的地方。
剛好趕上慶祝大會，當週草原彩旗飄揚，鑼鼓喧天！
