對於喜歡住酒店公寓，擁有自己的獨立空間的年輕人來説，是個不錯的選擇，整個房間以簡歐式為主，廁所有智能浴室鏡，門口還有全面鏡，下方配有小夜燈，方便半夜起夜，帶有電動窗簾，中央空調，洗衣機，沙發，還有可以辦公或者吃飯的小桌板和椅子，是出來旅遊玩耍不錯的選擇權，
🔔服務：服務這塊做得也很好，首先需要洗衣機提前説，客服人員會幫你安排，房間裏找不到吹風機時會送來特別暖心，保潔阿姨會温馨提示稍後垃圾放在門口她帶走，整個給我感覺就很棒！
🍃環境：位置好找，位於保加利亞廣場上方，對角線是新華城，十字路口處，唯一缺點是，對於睡眠淺的人來説，近日的裝修和半夜車聲會稍微明顯，我不存在這個問題，所以大力推薦該酒店。
🧹衞生：保潔阿姨每日一掃，浴巾這些每日一換，我覺得衞生應該還不錯吧！我很滿意的！

前台服務熱情大方，走進大廳給人一種舒適大氣的感覺，房間寬敞明亮，光線很好，衞生乾淨利落，還配備免費礦泉水，性價比很高，退房時忘記開發票聯繫前台就馬上告知流程 開具了發票，下次來鶴山還住這裏

房間一般，服務一般，環境一般，周圍有食市，設施一般，整棟樓除了有佰達公寓之外，還有其它很多商户和住户，所以佰達屋很難控制周圍環境衞生。

與事實不符！在家用智能馬桶二十多年已經習慣了，因此搜尋酒店都是選擇要有智能馬桶才會預訂！入住後發現衹是普通廁所向職員查詢後她説抽水馬桶就是智能馬桶，整間公寓都是這款！真心無語！説實話現在國內的智能馬桶便宜的衹是幾佰元已經相當普遍，沒有設備就不要標簽，根本就是欺騙顧客，就這方面不誠實商家極不推薦，她口中的智能馬桶蓋還是搖擺不定，排水渠口還傳出臭味，真心國內的公寓民宿都要跟隨發展進步呢

該説不説，還得是保利佰達屋房子好，住過這麼多酒店，這個做的最合我心意！
該有的都有：洗衣機，吹風機，有牙刷牙膏沐浴露洗髮水都是基本了，重點驚艷我的還是竟然有各種頭的充電器，難道是別人留下的？不對不對，電蚊香液也有，簡直不要太貼心！
一般酒店都不會配水，住過兩次，每天都按人數送水過來，從來不用擔心會沒水喝，水壺也很乾凈，一點污漬都沒有！
每個房間都有一個窗，早上起不來但是想看看外面的風景，衹需要按一下窗簾遙控，窗就安靜地打開了，該説不説，真的不錯，這個東西秒殺很多酒店了！
桌子椅子沙發都有，不要太舒服，裝修也是很新穎舒適的，必須滿分💯
