酒店屬於新改造，酒店位於老街，周邊吃飯非常方便，酒店設施齊全，不足沒有早餐，門鎖不太好，需要用力關，服務有待提升，開票速度慢，另外需要交按金

服務差，而且入住的時候問了退房時間，我2點10下來退房，扣我20塊錢，從來沒有哪個酒店時間卡的這麼緊，而且也不打電話問是否續住還是退房。並且我定的是雙人麻將房，房間給我開錯成普通雙人間，，我都沒找你退差價，還説是系統自動扣錢，也不跟顧客説會扣20塊錢房費，聽到我説給差評，態度就稍微軟了一點，説這個退房延遲10分鐘扣我20塊錢可以商量，再也不入住。服務態度真差。

衹能説服務太欠缺了，以後也不會來這裏住了，提前預訂了房間凌晨三點多到店，跟我説沒有房間了，還問我是幹嘛的 ，到店無房連一句解釋都沒有 就説沒有房間了 理所當然的態度

各方面都還不錯，兩個點還需要再加強下，樓道里麪的音樂晚上可以聲音小一點 晚上有點吵了，第二個就是店裡麪還在裝修 樓梯間很早就開始吵了 開始在裝修
