No hot water, water wasn’t even luke warm like they’ve stated and they don’t offer any discount because of this!

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean. It was in a great location. Only negative was the size of the room. It was a little tight with the 4 of us. No closet and what was considered the closet had only 1 hanger. This was my first time staying at an Aloft so I didn't know what to expect. Woukd stay again if it was just me and one other person

Everything was great except there was no blow dryer in room and I had to wait forever to get one. Otherwise, it was great.

The location was close to great shopping and restaurants. We had a nice overnight trip to San Antonio. Our room was comfy.

All good, location, cleanliness, etc only issue they couldn’t provide complimentary toothpaste or had any for sale on the little store next to reception. :( something so basic

We enjoy staying at this hotel. Is very close to UTSA, rooms a spacious and comfortable beds.
What we did not like was that our restroom door could not close. I called the front desk and we were told that they did not have an engineer to fix it at night. Do you need an engineer to fix a door?
We needed to wait until the next day, but we were leaving the next day.
Also, one of the wall by the thermostat had a running stain of food splattered 😬.
Would I return? Probably, I like the overall property, but I will check everything before unpacking my luggage and notify the front desk immediately.
