和龍賓館處於這個不太大的城市，規模和條件各項設施配備十分齊全，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨整潔、各項設施一應俱全、。酒店的早餐非常豐富，有各種各樣的選擇，從傳統的早餐食品到各種新鮮水果和蔬菜。而且食物的質量也非常好，讓我每天早上都能有一個美好的開始。

酒店標明四星，可以説名副其實。房間大氣，餐廳氣派，不僅有豐富早餐，中、晚餐也可以在酒店點菜，同樣菜品，其實也不一定就比外面的餐館價格高。房間各方面都不錯，唯一不足是衞生間有些反味，建議酒店改進。五星好評！

看到網評是和龍最好的酒店，真是非常不錯～位置很好，就在路邊很好找，有自己停車場停車很方便。餐飲選擇也相對豐富，我們到達時趕巧是我父親生日，特意選了特色餐飲的為他過了特別的生日。衹是入住時與工作人員溝通時不是很清楚，攜程也沒詳情頁上説明且聯繫時也沒在第一時間解釋明白才鬧了個插曲——實際上簡單説，就是酒店要求提前結賬，退房結算時再以攜程價格退差額給客人。（二十幾年前的賓館飯店的結算模式）後來攜程電話和我一起到前台弄清楚了，誤會解開雲開霧散。

每次住這個酒店各種不高興！早餐都是蟲子，男的接待像個二皮臉，一看就來氣，説話還陰陽怪氣的，真的是超級超級差的體驗，一大早還各種裝修聲音吵醒…廁所骯臟，燈光黑暗……

當日辦理入住的時候前台通知空調故障不能使用，並無人提前聯繫通知，因當日天氣較冷問賓館如何解決，前台介紹可以到對面小旅館問下有沒有房間🥱我們也在網上查了併到附近幾家賓館問了，因處於五一假期均無空房，衹能勉強入住，想入住朋友先提前問下吧

簡直太無語了。大五一的，房價死貴，還不給開空調，一副你愛住不住的樣子，房間温度15度，衞生間的水流量超級小，本來看金達萊節宣傳的挺好才來的，原計劃住兩晚，結果一個晚上給我們凍跑了。就這樣的服務和態度，和龍要想發展旅遊經濟簡直是天方夜譚。和龍賓館，代表的可是和龍的門面，這門面，可真不咋地。
