Great location on the seafront. Friendly staff. Nice, clean appartments. We had one on the top floor, spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Tried to book on ********** and on website, but no available rooms for 2+2. Sent email directly to the hotel, turned out it was possible to sleep 4 persons i the appartment, and booked directly via email.

Service haben wir nicht erlebt, nur auf Anfrage Hotelservice. Da wir ein Paket gebucht haben, hatten wir keinen Einfluss auf Lage. Wäre schöner, wenn wir Meerblick gehabt hätten. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind die Sitzgelegenheiten schlecht.

SERVICE verstehen die Gastgeber auf Helgoland. Das Zimmer war sauber, aber alte Einrichtung. Betten & Kissen waren echt unbequem

wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Ausstattung, Haustiere willkommen, einzig die Matratzen finden wir störend, da diese aus dem Bettgestell rutschen - aber absolute Geschmacks- und Gewöhnungssache ;-)

Das Zimmer war ok, leider direkt im EG und daher sehr laut, über nacht konnten wir keine Fester auflassen wegen der Lage und EG. Nett fanden wir die begrüßung durch Getränke der Mini Bar sowie Teebeutel und kaffeepulver in der Küche. Es war alles sehr sauber, auch die Bettwäsche war TOP. Das Bad ebenfalls sauber und zweckmä0ig modern. Das fanden wir prima!!! Das Frühstück war o.k der Kaffee ungenießbar, leider auch aus dem Kaffeevollautomaten.

Wir habe ein großzügiges Appartement unter'm Dach mit schönem Ausblick bewohnt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, incl. einer "eingebauten Küche" im Schrank - sehr originell. Die 60-iger Jahre-Einrichtung sowie die Farbgestaltung haben uns gut gefallen, wenngleich einige Möbelstücke einer Restaurierung bedürfen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug im Haus und leider auch keine Hilfe beim Transport der Koffer ins Zimmer.

Unterkunft sauber, gut ausgestattet, gute Lage, nettes Personal und tolles Frühstück! Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier und wenn ich noch einmal auf die Insel gehen würde, würde ich die gleiche Unterkunft wählen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel verlief einwandfrei.
