The ladies at the reception were super lovely and helpful.
Apartment was amazing.
Next time l will request a higher level as traffic was very noisy.

The air conditioner doesn't work and the air conditioner is not big enough. The washing machine is quite good but a bit old.

The staff is very nice, I called to confirm it early on the day of check-in. When we checked in, because we had two children, we also upgraded the large suite for free. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is a small commercial center in several suburbs nearby. There is a small commercial street, but there are also shops that should be available, which is very convenient in Australia. There is a railway station in front of Mercy Hospital not far away, and the traffic is pretty good. To say that the fly in the oin**ent may be that the Wi-Fi network speed is not good and the number of connected devices is limited. This may be a common problem in Australia, and the hotel may be powerless.

there were 2 of us in the room and only had 1 key, the entire apartment was all windows, and the shades did not keep out the light, the entire staff were very pleasant and nice

Good place to stay, bit of walk down to the shops but no big deal. All modern and comfortable. Only one gripe (and i'm being picky) is that there is lamp on the LH bedside but no way to plug it or a phone charger in.

Went for surgery at the austin and so wanted accommodation close the check in staff where amazing the room was lovely couldnt fault the experience at all!

Bed had hairs in the sheets. Shower was dirty. Just overall looks old and dated. Looking out at the balcony all you see is ****s.

The only thing I can think they could do is replace the bed it was horrible and uncomfortable otherwise it was a lovely place to stay.
