Extremely unreliable booking service due to their free cancellation policy. They overbook their rooms, expecting a certain amount of late cancellations, which is of course an unpredictable amount, and then have to cancel bookings when overbooked. I booked the apartment two months ago and already paid for it ahead of the deadline to do so more than a week ago, yet they still chose to cancel my booking with only two days before. As there cancellation policy for these dates already ended last week, why did it take them till now to cancel? Why pick my booking over others who probably booked and paid later than I did? Because my booking was done so far in advance it was at a lower price than others I expect. Shockingly poor service, they could have informed us of this LAST WEEK which is when they would have known what there confirmed bookings were. All Hebden Bridge is now sold out for this weekend and had to cancel the whole trip.

We booked three nights in Croft Mill in April 2024 and paid in full. We made arrangements for days out, booked advance train tickets to Hebden Bridge and were all set to travel. Three days prior to leaving, we received an email from Croft Mill saying the booking was cancelled. No explanation, no apology - nothing! If this is how they treat customers, then I would do the sensible thing and avoid at all costs. They are simply not to be trusted.

I recently stayed at Croft Mill apartments in Hebden Bridge with a family group of across 7 apartments, and the apartments exceeded all expectations. They are impeccably maintained and well appointed, a perfect blend of comfort and style, very modern . The location is great situated right in the heart of town, in amongst all the restaurants, pubs, and shops . Despite this the apartments provide a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff were excellent, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay was first class. I can't recommend Croft Mill apartments highly enough, would definitely stay again. It’s easy to miss the entrance on first visit !

Stayed for 2 nights. Wonderful apartment, fully equipped kitchen with full oven. Welcome box on arrival with milk, cereals, bread, beans, eggs, orange juice, teas and coffee and biscuits. Exceptionally clean and the beds extremely comfortable. Lovely and warm as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Clean and very tidy. Milk, Orange provide on arrival. Also, bread, butter and eggs. (Spoiler- check for freshness) Like the fact that Ecover is provided. Very reasonable price point. Parking. Great location. Worth supporting. I'll certainly be back

Great location in hebden bridge.
Excellent communication from hosts prior to visit with simple check in instructions.
Parking outside was convenient.
The welcome essentials basket was an excellent touch and really appreciated.
Very clean. Bedrooms good size, nice and warm, my only gripe was the living area was quite small with kitchen and lounge all cramped into one area, it was fine but not what we imagined from the photos on the website which i guess is from the penthouse.
Certainly wouldn't stop us visiting again though.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location. Clear instructions how to check in and out. Parked right outside the apartment (No 3)
Spotlessly clean, the apartment has everything you need and I mean everything. The breakfast welcome hamper is amazing, we loved it.

Penthouse apartment. Wonderful. Good space, Hayley the perfect host and a lovely town to visit. A perfect venue to stay in and very well equipped. A wonderful surprise to get a welcome basket of breakfast foods. Too much to eat all in a short stay so taken it home!!
