I really enjoyed this hotel in terms of value and quality for the price point. Service was friendly and preemptively good. They followed up with me regularly. They were happy to meet any request I made. Rooms were simple but quite clean and the bed was very, very comfortable. The pillows were great too. Sheila gave me exceptional service. Breakfast included is a plus; as expected on the simple side. Again very clean and quiet. Perfect for late arrival from airport as it’s about 12 minutes away.

My kids had car trouble and I ended up joining my daughter for an unexpected night at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast was great! They allow dogs, and our dogs were happy and comfortable throughout our stay.

The lady I dealt with was very patient even though I can tell she had have had a long day but I was too and I am grateful for her thankfulness her face patience and she also gave my daughter a bag of food chips what she didn't have to do or she pays one or whatever either way I will highly recommend this place over all the hotels there in this area no caption needed

I initially booked a double room for Friday 08/07/2010 until 08/21/2020 but due to my schedule could not arrive to stay until very late at night on 08/09; upon arrival there were roaches crawling out from everywhere and bugs DEAD and alive all throughout the sheets and blankets. I took photos and stayed somewhere else that night. When I asked for a refund the next day the manager said he would have to ask HIS manager for approval; after a lengthy conversation he finally agreed to refund the second week but had to wait to speak to his manager about the first week. If you are reading this you can see the date I am writing this is 08/10/2020 and I checked out today, only hours after I physically arrived. This Manager would not even pay me for 08/10/20-08/14/20 Monday through Friday and I am clearly not there. This hotel is the worst and on top of that they are trying to keep hundreds of dollars from me and I never stayed one night.

Requested room with a decent view. Was in a room where passers by were actually looking into room and waving. Hotel said it was ”construction” Insisted I be moved. New room faced parking lot. Asked for room on other side of hallway Was told they were all taken. THEY WERE NOT ALL TAKEN. THE CLEANING LADY CONFIRMED THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL AVAILABLE ROOMS. IN THE AREA THAT I HAD REQUESTED.

We arrived on a Wednesday night, after reserving a “balcony” room with two double beds. Our party included two adults and two children (as confirmed via our online booking). Upon arrival our room had only three sets of towels. Upon contacting the front desk, we were told that we could come down to pick up additional, as they didn’t have staff to deliver. We DID notice a housekeeper cleaning “front of house” areas, but evidently delivering items to guest rooms wasn’t part of her job description. Our room did NOT have a balcony. It wasn’t of major importance to us, however, we DID pay more (per room night) for this feature. When it was brought it to the attention of the front desk (“manager” Alicia or Amanda?), she kindly adjusted our rate. However, when checking out on Sunday, we found that while 3 nights were “adjusted” appropriately, our Thursday night rate was actually increased $20. This was above and beyond our quoted balcony room rate. (We were in a standard room for the duration of our stay.) This concern was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk working on Sunday morning. She explained that her “manager” wouldn’t be in until mid-afternoon, and she had no “access” or rights to adjust room rates. We find this unacceptable- not having a Manager on Duty “on site”, who can handle guest problems during a Sunday morning (mass) checkout. The clerk we spoke to did not apologize, and seemed indifferent to our concern. Also observed in the lobby was (what appeared to be) a non-hotel guest “transient” sitting on the couch and “tweaking” (rocking, talking to self, urinated on carpeted floor). The person asked us for money, and hotel staff appeared to allow this person’s presence in their lobby setting (rather than encouraging her to “move along”. Is this common practice? The hotel decor is beautiful, and the landscaping well-kept (sprinkler system was working throughout out stay). Parking lot was to be resurfaced. Our key cards didn’t work on several occasions, thus causing us to return from 7th Floor to front desk for reprogramming. Lastly, the majority of the sandwiches, salads, and wraps in the sellf-serve cafe area had reached their expiration dates. But, the breakfast buffet offered within the lower level dining area exceeded our expectations. This property has much potential. However, management and staff will have to pay better attention to detail if they hope to advance to the next level!

Probably the worst Quality Inn that i've booked in my life. The room needs an upgrade, the furniture is old like 80's. No breakfast , the front desk and noting are the same thing . Expansive rate for a poor service. I will never stay here again and a piece of advice: do not stay here too.

I stayed here with my nephews a week ago. There were a lot of events in the city and most rooms were sold out, but this one was in a good central location and I reserved two nights for $600. The hotel and rooms were ”OK”. Clean and comfortable. Not what I was expecting for the price, but I picked it mostly for the location and short driving times for the attractions we were wanting to do over the weekend, so that was fine. After waking up the first morning and taking a shower, I came out to one of my nephews telling me the front desk called to come downstairs because there was a breakin in the parking lot. I went down, and 8 cars had been broken into overnight. The parking lot had no cameras, and there were no leads on a suspect. After talking to the police, insurance, repair shop, etc. I visited the front desk, and though annoyed tried to be friendly. I asked how often this happens. ”Not often”. Is the hotel able to help us out in any way? That resulted in a sneer, and ”We might be able to provide you with a boxed breakfast if you insist”. (The box breakfasts cost guests $5, unless they are platinum-tier rewards members (which I am), and then they are free.) I thanked her, but let her know we had already had our breakfasts, and asked if the manager would be in that day. She let me know he only came in Monday-Friday 9-5, but the hotel policy was that they were not responsible for damages in the parking lot, so contacting him would not do any good. This is the part that still bothers me. I can understand the insurance reasons of not being responsible for actual damages suffered in a parking lot. But I would expect it to be good business to at least pretend to be sympathetic to your customers, and offer some kind of refund/comp and an ”I'm sorry this happened to you during your stay with us” response. If I had stayed at a $50/night hotel I would have understood, but at the price I paid I would expect some sort of basic security and customer service. I've stayed 13 nights in Holiday Inns since March, and have two more reserved for later this month at a different one I've had good experiences with, but I'm rethinking my future stays due to the callous disregard of this one.

The room is very clean, the space is large, close to the University of St. Louis, near St. Louis, this hotel accounts for the top1 of Ctrip's best-selling hotel. After staying, it is indeed worthy of the name!
