St. Ives Holiday Village

Accommodation was great, swimming was lots of fun (only thing to grumble about is there was no showers or changing rooms at the pool so we had to run back to our accommodation wet and cold!). The best part of our stay by far was then entertainment team. We came last year and the ******** were a bit hit and miss but this time around it was amazing! Heather had us belly laughing on the two nights she was there and is honestly the funniest person I think I’ve ever met, her energy and attitude is next level. Dane (I think that was his name) got us involved in all the evening activities and made a real effort to come and talk to us each evening. It was my friends birthday and she said it was the best one she’s ever had! Kelsey was also amazing and kept the entertainment really enjoyable not just for the toddler we had but all four adults. Eve (again think that was her name) was so sweet during our stay also. We had no plans to come back to St Ives until next year but because of the entertainment ******** we’ve book to come again in October! We cannot wait to see everyone again and fingers crossed it’s the same ******** next year.

Absolutely great holiday lovely clean lodge with everything you need inside, fabulous entertainment every night mostly preformed by the staff , great friendly bar staff and amazing food on site , everyone is so polite and helpful nothing is to much trouble, big shout out to Neve who is such a talented singer hope your still working there next year so we can hear your amazing voice again thank you one and all 😊😊

We had an absolutely amazing long weekend away here! We had a bungalow which was so modern and so clean in the woodlands, it was stunning! We only really wanted the bungalow as a base as we had lots of plans over the weekend and lots to see but I was super happy with the accommodation. We went up to the entertainment only at night time with our children and they loved it . We played bingo every night and the kids had their disco. Every single staff member was super helpful and so friendly. I drove over 700 miles that weekend and we had such a good time and cannot wait to come back! X

Myself and my husband came away for a long weekend. This was our 14th year staying at St Ives Holiday Village with many more to come. We stayed in the new micro lodges which come with the most amazing hot tubs. Clean, warm amaing woodlland views and ready to use on check-in. The inside of the lodge is well laid out with all the home comforts as expected. The kitchen is well equipped including a full size fridge with freezer compartment, oven with hob and microwave kettle and toaster. I would defo recommend this type of accommodation to anyone. Christina is the most amazing manager. Always so helpful and friendly. You see her doing tasks around the park and helping out in many department's. The bar staff are full of energy, helpful and so friendly. We ordered Brekfast from the restaurant, the food was cooked to perfection. The entertainment team Heather, Dane, Kelsey and Neve are just fantastic mixing with all the guests, ensuring you are having a great time and then fully emersing themselves into the evening entertainment. It was great to see Jill back at poolside too.Will be back end of October and cannot wait.

We came away for a long romantic weekend and checked into one of the new Micro lodges.These are amazing.... All come with a hot tub and are amazing fitted out. I was able to cook substantial meals from the well equipped kitchen and had an amazing woodland view from the outdoor dining area. Comfy bed, usb sockets and the hot tubs are all brilliant. We have been here in many different accommodations, these so far are up there with the best. From check in to leaving the park, the staff and management go out of their way to make the most of your holiday nothing is too much. Definitely will be coming back again this year.

We arrived 27th April for lovely week away, long drive down from Scotland so couldn't wait to relax. Upton arrival we was greeted by an amazing woman Christina who went above and beyond for us. Christina gave us the best news that we would be being upgraded to an amazing lodge at no extra cost. Can't fault her or her team who made sure our first night here was amazing. Even made sure we settled in okay when we went to bingo later that evening. Thank you again the Christina amazing woman.

We visited for a long weekend. The site was clean and tidy, entertainment excellent all staff we felt went the extra mile to make our trip enjoyable. We enjoyed walks in the woods and the kids loved the pool. The pool staff were excellent with the kids. We stayed in a gold caravan that was clean, tidy and in good condition.

Lovely place to stay contractor working here the staff are very accommodating caravans are clean and tidy fresh linen and the bar staff are very friendly ongoing place to stay here for a long time and happy to stay here lots of things to do and a lovely park

Team was amazing. I was a contractor and working near The Holiday village. They have accommodated us at a reasonable price. Clean accommodations as always. Definitely going to come back when we can.
