非常驚喜，英式管家，非常熱情。房間乾淨，奢侈齊全。唯一美中不足，可能是洗澡水會用到增壓泵，所以有點吵。

房間雖然不大 但是環境很好 很乾凈 在湖區內 很美麗 附近有2個小鎮 酒店位於2個小鎮中間。進的那個小鎮大概6公里。晚上可以酒吧喝酒叫UBer很方便

非常美麗的湖區酒店，酒店到處裝點着鮮花，淡淡的花香。酒店餐廳很棒，有各種酒。可以免費停車，比較方便。到湖區坐船，一定要買那個帶小火車的來回票，非常有意思。

The hotel was beautiful and friendly. The staff were kind but their abilities in terms of the quality of service were lacking we were served flat champagne in a wine glass. After the main course we ordered 2 VSOP cognacs and 2 coffees. This order was repeated back to us by the waiter sadly 2 French coffees were delivered. On complaint, we were given the French coffees foc. Sad that the staff didn’t have the those necessary skill, as they were otherwise efficient and friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, staff are brilliant, so attentive to both us and our French Bulldog, nothing was too much trouble.
Food was reasonable and really tasty.
Garden rooms with a door directly from the bedroom to the garden is a massive plus
