This is the worst hotel experience I have had in Japan so many times. Be cautious when booking this hotel. Whoever books this hotel will regret it.
1. The service attitude of foreigners at the front desk is very unfriendly. They have a sullen face and only speak once. If they ask more than two questions in English, they will become impatient. The service attitude of the Japanese waiters will be better, but there is still a gap between the service of other hotels.
2. There are blood stains, hair, and unknown stains on the mattress, and the hygiene of the bathroom and the room itself is worrying. It is difficult to imagine that this is in Japan.
