The lights in the room are too dark and not suitable for families with baby

As I expected with this hotel because of the expensive price in Hatyai so, when I drove the car arrived to the hotel no body told me about the parking even bellman not welcome us till I carried my bags to lobby. After I reached to room so, I was stunning because the shower room was a bit dirty and should be maintenance immediately. No shower gel in a bottle of a shower gel but it was a fresh water but I feel luckily that I bought a shower gel from outside before checked in because I had a lot of very bad experience about the hotel in Hatyai city. Ps.... If their room not ready to stay should be "block OO" no sell to clients.

Nice stay with big room for family

This hotel need to provide iron and board for all room. Or if hotel out of budjet, hotel also can Provide iron for all level Room.. there is no iron provided at all in this hotel. 😭 location strategic. Parking park good.

Great place great location

the room is ok, spacious.. just not friendly for anyone who wants to bring the elderly.. the sink pipe doesn't let it drain.. the aircond is hot... even the technician came, he didn't get cold... until it was cold... but the room is big and the mattress is comfortable.. just a few parts x how many is ok.... pros - near central festival, ASEAN night market, greenway -there's a lot of outdoor parking too...a little underground...but the outdoor parking has to be fast...it's slow to fill up - spacious room cons -swimming pool x bro -gym bro -hot aircond. - bathroom sink xeh drain
