Everything was good. The receptionist and staff are very welcoming. The location of the hotel quite far from the main road. But still it does give u guys a good sleep at night. Room was cozy enough will all the amenities provided, Hairdryer had to ask from the receptionist but iron was not provided. Had a good time here. Very recommended

We have stayed at PS for more than a week. Never criticize anything, but would like to comment here. We took two towels out, which is to change the old one, bring two new ones, the housekeeper walked to ask how many towels were brought, we told 2 them, and the housekeeper said that there is a CCTV camera. What do you mean? Driving again, take our car to others to rent, drive the key at the place, we don't know how to take it, we will not blame it, but the housekeeper can't speak correctly, ears tell me to come to make a room at 1pm, 2 and a half, not yet, so we do it ourselves because it is very annoyed. Yes, not the owner of the resort, don't talk much, don't like it, come to stay, pay, not come to stay for free.

The property offers a comfortable size of room in a single separated unit that provides privacy from other rooms. It has a car parking spot conveniently next to the room. The towels are decently clean and the bathroom accessories are properly available. The bedsheets,the pillow covers, and the blanket looked rather old. I wished the room would have a fresher smell. For only one night stay with my family , it is considered decent. The location though is excellent as it close to the main road which easy in and out to Songkla Old Town and Hat Yai.

Malaysian to visits Hatyai, I'm suggesting you to stay here. The hotel is located at calm area (besides, there is Bangkok hospital nearby, but the ambulance siren is rarely hear). The room is biggest with balcony, fridge, wardrobe, tv, table, mirror and etc. Comfort bed, freezing aircooler. The staffs are friendly. Walking distance to nomjeen na Halal restaurant, amazon cafe, the biggest 7e in hatyai also big C extra supermarket. I really2 satisfied with this hotel staycation. Do book here.
