made no attempt to communicate procedures for extensive maintenance work. left us wandering round looking for access and facilities. Light fitting fell of when turning on. Had to share facilities with Park in.

The hotel was in the middle of maintenance.
sent me reminders about my upcoming stay, none of which mentioned the entrance and reception was closed so we wandered around in the dark trying to get in. they put little to no effort into overcoming the issues around maintenance work & met several guests wandering round wondering where things were and how to get to things. oh and a light fitting fell off, but I couldn't be bothered to go through the hassle of complaining.

Our stay was terrible. First of all, we had a lot of trouble finding the current entrance. No information in advance or clear signage on site that the hotel entrance is closed and that Check in must be done at the Park Inn. Furthermore, the receptionist was not very understanding and only complained about how much work checking in Radisson Blu guests mean to her. We then received a non-working room keycard (as did 10 others) . We had to take the long hallway 2x back to the park inn reception to get it solved. With no apology. Service was terrible. Breakfast was in Park Inn and was very underwhelming. This hotel is under renovation (which we didn’t know). So in fact you stay in the Park Inn in a room that is situated far away in de Radisson Blu. But experience and service is Park Inn and totally not worth 4 stars… So, at this moment it’s a rip off…

Hotel is good, clean, efficient & central location. Restaurant MUCH better than the current Trip Advisor rating, for quality of food and service. Underground parking connected to hotel via security door. Would stay here again when i'm next passng thru

I had a room with 2 single beds but I could barely fit in the bed and the duvet was so small would fall off and the pillows are not the best

Hotel lovely. Check in was the slowest I have ever experienced. Took a long time which isn’t great after a long day travelling. Room lovely but so cold and no matter what I did it didn’t warm up. Ended up sleeping under two duvets with my jumper on. Roof bar has amazing views especially over Christmas markets. Short walk to shops and market. Breakfast good and enough choice.

Nice and comfortable, room.clean, bed comfortable
Although there are limitless bottled water for the conference event, there were not a single bottled water in the room for the entire 4 nights. Not sure if it was intentional or is the tap water safe to drink, I just go to the Carrefour express near by for my drinking waters.
Some how housekeeping refilled the coffee pods i use up, but not the tea bags or hot chocolate mix
Other than that, this is a good stay

A perfect place to spend a shopping weekend (especially on Sunday sales). The center is nearby and you can easily walk through the streets. Cosy restaurants nearby, good value. Hasselt is a city to recommend.

The hotel rooms were basic for what i thought was supposed to be a higher end hotel chain.
Breakfast room was too packed and difficult to find a table. Inadequate number of staff on duty in there. Chef seemed unwilling to make omletes and when it came out it looked like scrambled eg
