Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner.

"I recently stayed at the sterling Mantra Haridwar and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly Rohit at front office and vinod at rest who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of the garden. My only suggestion would be to improve the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Haridwar

We had a great stay at Sterling mantra The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were a few minor issues with the room that took a while to resolve. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

Quite far from city & Har ki Pauri and difficult to get connections post evening till early morning if u want to cover city without your own vehicle. Breakfast was just ok & cutlery was very oily. Not cleaned properly Parking is ample and ambience is good

Very poorly managed The sheets are not washed, not the staff fault. Food was good and some of the restaurant staff were good. Staff were overall helpful. When we asked for change of sheets staff helped with the same but none of the sheets were clean. Did not feel very comfortable. #################################%%###

Wonderful place and service. We come to the hotel at 4 AM in the morning, and still receive the warm welcome as long as all the detailed information from the staff. All of the staffs here are very kind and friendly. Highly recommend for everyone!
