第一次來，比我預期想的好很多，房間乾淨，整潔，床單被罩乾淨，老闆娘很熱情，附近小吃和飯店多，離公交站近。

房間衞生很好，設施齊全，環境安靜。交通方便，價格美麗。老闆人也很好，服務態度很好，有免費wifi，隔音也還可以，沒有煙味。下次來還會考慮回購。

位置好找，離火車站很近，正好到哈爾濱趕上了哈爾濱的初雪，初雪就是暴雪，火車停運，所以綜合對比選了這家民宿，老闆很熱情，最主要是價格便宜，房問乾淨無異味，還暖和，屋裡新裝修很新，總之是我住過的性價比最高的一家民宿了，祝老闆生意興隆
