設施：比較新，房間也蠻大！江景房能看到的都是梧桐樹，比較失望！挨着印象城，樓下時車道，感覺很吵！半夜咋咋呼呼的影響睡覺！房間隔音不好，能聽到隔壁説話和打呼！一夜沒睡三四小時！
衞生：入住時發現不便透露的問題，酒店補償了早餐及水果（如圖）
地理位置優越，中央大街不遠，出門右拐走幾分鐘就是防洪紀念塔！

酒店位置很好中央大街、大教堂、松花江主要的景點都在附近，可以步行出遊。酒店房間的空間很寬敞，裝修也不錯，但是作為休息的地方，酒店的噪音可以説是全方位、立體式從早到晚無間斷的吵，從第一天晚上到店一樓的音樂餐廳的音樂和歌聲響徹大堂，入住後的凌晨五點被江邊跳廣場舞、唱歌、演奏樂器的聲音吵醒，那個聲音不是一般的吵，一整天都是這個嘈雜的聲音，到了晚上更讓人煩躁，房間不隔音加上空間大就像音樂廳一樣聲音反射加上混響變得更大，隔壁情侶的特殊聲音就像現場表演，聊天的聲音也嗡嗡響，三個晚上真是折磨人。還有説是江景房，酒店最高衹有五層，衹能看到街邊的樹，從縫隙裏看到一點點江面，應該是樹景房……而且這個價格可以住香格里拉了，非常不推薦

工作人員態度很好，但是設施陳舊，走廊的地毯彷彿廢品回收站買回來的，佈滿污漬和異味，房間裏的好像祖傳地毯也都是各種陳年污漬，地板斑駁佈滿劃痕，整個房間裏隱約瀰漫著無法形容好像角落裡隱藏着陳年未洗的抹布的味道，衣架已經掉漆掉到漏出大面積的木頭都捨不得換，地漏下水不暢，洗個澡稍不留心就水漫金山，流的滿屋都是。
有個別設施是新換的，但整體裝修十分老舊，散發著無法形容的黴味。鼻炎患者慎入。
可以看出來工作人員衞生打掃的很用心，服務人員也很盡責，但是設施和裝修的老舊都是他們無法改變的。
位置地圖可見，靠近中央大街和江邊，中午江邊公園很吵，沒法休息。

房間寬敞精緻，燈具沙發桌子款式設計美麗，還有乾淨衞生的獨立浴缸和浴缸套，下次有時間再體驗。白天採光通風好，夜晚睡覺安靜，並配有加濕器、潤膚露，是怕乾燥人的福音。衞浴乾濕分離，用品一應俱全，小姜的服務細心周到，毗鄰中央大街和斯大林公園，可以享受夜晚在俄式街道上散步的快樂，還可以到松花江吹吹夜風。風景美麗

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，酒店裝修歐式風格，貴氣十足，富麗堂皇，尤其滿意她們的熱情服務，剛下車，服務人員就迎出門外，幫忙拿行李，同時一路介紹酒店的歷史文化由來，而且地理位置也很優越，就在中央大街傍邊，吃飯購物遊覽等出行很方便

剛好這天孩子過生日，想着定個親子房讓他開心一下，房間面積很大，佈置也沒得説，玩偶不是廉價的那種，質感和美感都在線，而且知道寶寶生日，還送了一個果盤。過馬路就是江邊，可以看到扭秧歌的大爺大媽，也有很多遊船去太陽島，離抗洪紀念塔很近，交通便利，酒店早餐也不錯，小朋友的選擇也很多。走的時候很匆忙，小孩把自己的毛絨兔子落在酒店了，跟前台打了電話，一個叫晶晶的女孩子及時給我們找到了，還馬上郵寄了過來，服務沒得説。再來説説不太好的地方，因為窗户是朝中庭的，所以不能拉開窗簾，對面的人會看到，房間的採光就主要靠燈光了，但燈光又以燈帶、射燈、枱燈等氛圍燈為主，喜歡明亮的人可能會覺得有點昏暗壓抑；其次，建議酒店在給客人安排房間時，儘量不將情侶安排在親子房附近，房間隔音效果不是很好，會比較尷尬。
