優點:
酒店地段很好，就在師大附近。
前台阿姨很熱情，每次出門都會嗑幾句，還給了我一瓶水。
價格相對來説也比較友好，與其他酒店相比。
缺點:
設施設備比較老舊，幾天來沒有打掃衞生的。
隔音效果特別差，外面走廊走路聲音非常清楚，還靠着馬路對面的，也挺鬧騰。
總體來説，對於住宿要求不是很高的我還是比較值的。

進去本來問問那個前台姐 我説了句 環境跟攜程一樣嗎 拿手機給她看 完了她在打發票 説了句 你快上去速度去看看 不行就下來 我沒説話 我去了三樓 我進屋裡 還可以 就是拖鞋舊了 我要的一次性拖鞋 東北天太冷了 我也不樂意換酒店了 我就心子在這住吧 有點尿急想上個衞生間 我看馬桶坐便有個別人尿尿的尿點 我用紙弄水擦了擦 但是還是感覺不行 我就要了一次性座墊 我住的那間 燈有點上灰地還可以挺乾淨 我衹是去哈爾濱偶爾住一下 旅店來説98不算平民了 衹能説環境衞生有待提高

訂的小房間，很乾凈，備品新換的，老闆熱情，樓下吃飯方便，有夜市，離師大不遠，地鐵也不遠，方便出行

隔音不好，在路邊很吵，拖鞋感覺垃圾堆裏撿來的一樣黢黑，老闆娘很熱情，房間比較小，大床房165身高差不多剛剛好，170感覺腿會伸到床外面，廁所推拉門，一拉哐哐哐的響，窗户漏風，雖然有暖氣但還是比較冷，價格235，性價比很低。

老闆很熱情，但是房間特別小，賓館説了禁止抽煙，每次出門都很重的煙味嗆的難受，沒有人打掃衞生，除去這個其實還不錯，價格也比較實惠

酒店整體還可以，但有兩點不太好：
第一、整體供暖不太好或窗户漏風，屋裡不太暖和
第二、周圍環境太吵，十二點多噪音還是很大，老闆雖然貼心的配了耳塞，但是效果不明顯，還是很吵，這是最無奈的地方
