We had a great experience of having spent 4 nights in this wonderful hotel Wanda Realm in NanGang Harbin. The location of the hotel was so handy to basically everywhere: 4 minute’s walking distance to Xicheng Hongchang Plaza; 5 to 6 minutes to Wanda Plaza and the subway station (Line 3). The hotel’s reception, house keeping, breakfast, facilities and services are all perfect.

The location was above a large mall with surrounding night life. The Wanda Square, the Meteo Station and the west train station are all within walking distance. The service was very helpful, friendly and most of all professional. A welcome snack had also been provided. The breakfast was Chinese style, the food offered varied every day. It was enjoyable. A few things however, were old and worn. This gave the room the impression of former luxury. Everything, including the elevators, was very clean, however. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Daily cleaning service available, bedsheets were changed during duration of stay, unlike some hotels that change only after check-out. Reception was friendly, approachable and helpful. Room heating was well working for cold winters of below -10ºC. Queen size bed for solo traveller, room size is good for laying out 2 luggages. Couch available by the window with good view. Only down side is fixed-type shower head, which is not as preferred.
