I booked deluxe room, unfortunately hotel give me very bad room with bad pillow and others, after that I complain to them I book another room but you may be give me wrong room, again they change my room to first floor where don’t have any window also don’t shower and toilet don’t have any partition, if I take shower it’s mean it’s not possible to use toilet. Very bad service. I don’t recommend anyone to this hotel. I attached first room photos and second room toilet photo

Well, I felt great when booking a room at Splendid Hotel. All staff always welcome my family. They are friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is really delicious and the beef noodles is yummy. Good location in the Old Quarter and nice value for price.
Ms. Rose and Mr Harry at front desk take care my family any time. Mr Ding arranged some trip for my family. He even was willing to assist us with our travel 5 days after we had departed the hotel through what’s up. Thank Splendid so much, I will back soon.

I hope I can stay in Splendid few days more, because it is very comfortable. From the hotel go to tourist attractions in Old Quarter just under 20 minutes by walk. Although we lived in center of Old Quarter but my room very quite and clean. Ms Rose always enthusiastically supported us when we wanted to eat or go shopping. Mr Harry gave us the upgrade room. It is big room and big church view, my wife really liked bath tub in our room.
Especially, Mr Dong really took the time to set schedule and book a half 2 week of travel for us. Following very precisely my expectations and trying to find the best fit at good prices. Thanks so much for everything. I love Splendid Hotel

The best friendliest Hotel in Hanoi!
Mr Dong, Rose and rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is n the perfect location in the old quarter, 5 minutes from the lake, wonderful street food restaurants and sites. Clean, comfortable and hot water every minute needed. The breakfast is full of choices, soups, eggs made to order, fruit and basically anything you need to start your day.
We were leaving on an early flight and were met with a delicious breakfast packed up for us to take with us.
Can’t say enough good things about this place, and the beautiful people that are working there.

No consider as 4 star. Service is good. But the room equipment consider a bit old. Morning outside have announcement around 7am from government.
