This room type is quite spacious, with windows decorated with green plants, a shower and a bathtub. The room decoration is green, which is the same as the promotional materials. I had the opportunity to experience the skybar on the top floor. The staff was afraid that I would be cold at night and turned on the electric grill lamp, which was very considerate. The red wall in the stairwell is beautiful. We arrived at the hotel around 3 o'clock on the first day and there was no shuttle bus to the city. We had a car after 2pm the next day and took the hotel's free shuttle back to the hotel at 6pm. The shuttle was good and the driver was very friendly and patient, although we couldn't understand each other 😂 This is a photo-friendly hotel♡

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is really delicious😋! There are vegetarian dishes, freshly brewed beef or chicken or seafood rice noodles, juice, coffee, desserts, fruits, and exquisite a la carte. Because there were 7 people in the group, one child needed to pay for breakfast for two days at his own expense. However, I was unable to enjoy breakfast for two days due to work. I explained to the service staff that I wanted to refund the self-paid expenses and give my breakfast credit to my family. The hotel responded: It has been charged and cannot be used. Refund🫣! Breakfast for two days is not cheap, 700,000 VND. The family booked a total of three rooms for this trip, which included a meal discount of 300,000 VND per room per night, cocktails, hair shampoo, cultural experience, northern essence performances, room upgrades, etc. The meal discount was missed for three tickets. Later, after asking, there were supplies, and cocktails were only available after asking. Hair washing was only available for 50 minutes per person because of the New Year's Eve and New Year's Day national holidays. The cultural experience was only available on Saturdays, and the northern essence was only available on Tuesdays. All three rooms were not available. Upgrade🥲. The missing parts were checked only after asking, and I felt bad about what I had done. It’s a pity that we were not able to participate in the Cultural Experience and Northern Essence due to the date, but I feel that these items are included in the price🫣! Before I went, I emailed to book the airport drop-off. The airport drop-off was great. The driver was very kind and the car was a nanny's car, which was great! The room price is high in Hanoi, the service is high-quality, and the breakfast is really exquisite and delicious😋! Whether it's worth it or not is a matter of opinion. But I will consider staying here again. I really like the service staff in the hotel, they are all great👍!
