The hotel location is good and convenient with food and restaurants available within walking distance . Front desk service from Mr Binh was good unfortunately Ms Giang service and attitude toward customers are really bad. She is impolite and not so tactful in handing customer situations . Poor customer service in our view .

Overall is quite good.
Room is big enough for 2 adult 2 children when compared to the price ☺️
But TV is very old, cannot watch.
Also aircondition may be locked to Heat mode cannot switch to cool mode , has only heat and fan mode.
Breakfast is not too many, but it is ok. They provide the basic menu.

I felt very nice when I first checked in. The room was unexpectedly huge, the bed was quite comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good. Except for the dim shower room and slow drainage, there were no obvious defects. The problem occurred on the third morning when I woke up and the water was cut off. I called the front desk and they said the mechanic would come to fix it right away. However, I waited for 10 minutes and there was no water.
