The location is quite convenient, west lake, Long Bien bus stop and several historic sites are in walking distance, There is a famous coffee shop next door also.

Double booked us, was passed around to two separate hotels. Not a great start but they upgraded us and the breakfast was nice. Hope they reevaluate their booking sector as that wasn't a pleasant start to our stay.

Room was okay. Cleanliness could be improved. Breakfast was okay too, very few selection. But the Pho and sandwich they prepare for you is good. Right before we were checking out, we spotted cockroach in our room, which was a big no-no for us.

I think the building used to be a good hotel, but the operation was not keeping up. Breakfast was the worst when it was fully booked.
