酒店位置位於中心 旁邊就是湖 有麥當勞
離河內機場約45分鐘
酒店整體可以

剛裝修，甲醛味道極大，完全睡不着。而且定的搞贈送飲料的，實際贈送飲料也沒有，服務還是不錯的，微笑服務，但是時間看錯了，到酒店溝通我需要改時間，頭一天説可以溝通，第二天溝通又説不行。不行不早説，早説我換酒店了，還多定了一天浪費掉了。吸了一晚上甲醛。 差評差評

호안끼엠 호수 근접하여 위치가 좋아요
신축이라 디자인, 시설 좋아요
벌레 없고, 깨끗함!
다만, 화장실 문이 입구랑 안맞는지 잘 안닫힘ㅠㅠ
한번 닫았다가 안 열려서 발로 차고 나왔는데 부서질까봐 이후엔 안 닫고 사용했음!
여기 제일 좋은 건, 직원들의 서비스♥
로비에 항상 상주하며 문도 열어주시고 밝게 응대해줌
객실까지 캐리어도 옮겨주시고 9층에 있는 부엌 시설도 소개해줌
사실 예약한 스튜디오룸 사진에 책상이 있었음(물론, 객실마다 조금씩 다를 순 있다고 생각함)
다만, 우리가 책상을 꼭 사용해야하기 때문에 예약한건데 우리가 배정받은 객실엔 책상이 없었음..
메신저로 요청하니 바로 객실 업그레이드 해주셔서 편하게 사용했습니다~
샤워하다가 린스가 떨어졌는데 바로 치워주시고, 새걸로 무상교체도 해주셨다 ㅠㅠ
즉각적인 응대와 처리가 정말 편안하고 좋아요
캐리어 옮겨주셨던 매니저님께서 생긴지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 사용하면서 느낀 점에 대해 자기에게 피드백해주면 수렴하고 반영하겠다고 하셨는데,
그런 태도도 멋지다고 평가함!
