Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley

Last August we were in this hotel and we can only say good things about it. Very attentive and very efficient staff, the rooms are very clean and spacious, very good and plentiful food, My wife broke her leg on a trip to Sapa and when we arrived we already had crutches ready, and all the facilities and care possible. We felt very comfortable at all times. Without a doubt, if we return to Hanoi we will repeat the hotel.

I had an incredible experience staying at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley. It was, without a doubt, my best stay in Vietnam. Justin, Teddy, and Grace are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. Justin is particularly attentive, offering the best recommendations for local restaurants and activities. They all speak excellent English and were more than willing to book activities or translate for me, as I don't speak Vietnamese. They are extraordinarily accommodating and will go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley is a 4-star hotel that offers the services of a 5-star establishment. The breakfast is also fantastic, featuring a variety of options from local cuisine to Western-style dishes, with vegetarian choices available as well. As a solo female traveller, I truly appreciated their warmth and friendliness, and I look forward to returning with my family.

We twice stayed at Emerald Waters hotel and loved it. The staff (especially Grace and Justin) were so friendly and helpful. They treated us like royalty 😀 and their service was exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel if you are going to Hanoi.

This is my 1st Hanoi trip. I was greeted me with a big smile when I checked in. The front desk team also shared their recommendations for food/restaurants and money exchange to get me started. The hotel entrance is a small alley way with wall arts, it made the experience more exotic and memorable. The room is cozy like other hotels in Old Quarter but you have everything You need. The location is top notch, I walk everywhere which means more opportunities to observe local people and their daily lives. I stayed before and after Ha Giang Loop trip, and they store my luggage while I was away. This made the logistics easier and less thing to worry. Will stay here when I return next trip.

We chose this hotel for its location as we noticed it was close to the Old Town. The location really is ideal and central to most attractions in Hanoi. But the best thing about this hotel is the customer service. Justin made us feel very welcome instantly. He gave us numerous recommendations about what to do in the city, answered loads of questions and organised the transport required for our trip to Ha Long bay at a discounted price. He always made sure our needs were met and all staff had smiles on their faces. If i ever go back to Hanoi i will stay here without question!

Everything was perfect - cleanliness, location, rooms, food - but especially the staffs really made the difference! Our family had an exceptional stay at this hotel, and we really can recommend this hotel. In particular the hotel staffs (especially Grace, Justin and Henry, but actually literally really every staff at this hotel) are very friendly, empathetic and helpful with every matter regarding our travel. From arranging tours, celebrating the birthday of one of our family members, to supporting us when our flight was significantly delayed past midnight and when we needed to seek for medical assistance. This has really been hospitality at its best. Thank you so much!!! The hotel itself is quite small, but the lobby and our rooms are beautifully decorated. The rooms and the bathrooms are also very clean. The breakfast is good, with a variety of Vietnamese and western dishes. Superb location, the hotel is located directly in the Old Quarter (Hoan Kiem), within walking distance to the Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and shopping and street food area.

Great cosy hotel in the Old City of Hanoi. Grace (the hotel manager) is the most professional hotelier I've ever met. She has helped us organise tours, provided help with personal transfers and threw in a complimentary upgrade as they had a bigger room.

This little hotel is an excellent starting point to discover the old city of Hanoi and its typical streets and Vietnamite restaurants and Cafes. But above all it was the staff that was really a plus during our stay here: they were always with a smile, helpful and really professional.Unfortunately we experienced some problems once we arrived in Hanoi, absolutely not depending from the Hotel, and Grace, the sales manager, was so wonderful in supporting us to solve our issues, once even after dinner time.For us it was a really nice stay and great value for money. I would strongly advise you to book here especially if you plan to visit the Old Quarter of Hanoi during your stay in Vietnam.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had because the staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful! They gave us great recommendations for nearby places and were so thoughtful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms were lovely and great location too!
