The hotel is suitable for exhibition attendees.

Overall, the hotel is recommended. Beds, bathroom and the entire ambience are harmonious with each other. The breakfast menu is plentiful but not overloaded. The staff is also very hard-working and friendly! There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty. The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have *****es, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange. There is a need for action. We are used to something different. Pity

We had an enjoyable night on our way to Berlin. Though that was during a very quiet period for the hotel (and there were up to 10 guests max in this big hotel that night) and though it was understaffed (waiter was doubling as a cook) we had a brilliant stay. We enjoyed a good dinner at the hotel restaurant and a a la carte breakfast with extremely accommodating waitress! It was a nice stay. I also enjoyed the sauna!

The nicest receptionist I ever met and I’m so often in hotels. Please keep Marie Paul close to you Radisson Blu, she’s just a joy to be around! The rooms are clean and if you need anything you can just kindly ask and everybody is ready to help. A pleasure to stay here!

Very nice hotel,superb rooms. We got a free upgrade to a junior suite, wich made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast is very good, a nice variety of food. Staff is very friendly and helpful if you had a question. Close to expo, we visited the city center, wich is 15-20 minutes by car, you can drive in and out the hotel parking as much as you need with a ticket they provide. The parking is easy accessible, and has enough parking spaces. I would definitely stay here again, and can only recommend this hotel

Clean Hotel room, good service and a parking lot and all of that right next to the ZAG Arena. Perfect.

Generous (upgraded us), spacious room with nice tea and coffee making facilities, nicely equipped bathroom with cosmetic products, comfortable bed. Downsides: Not enough water pressure in the shower, just one duvet for two people. Car parking was expensive and empty as no messe.

The hotel rooms as such are clean, resplendent with all the modern amenities, also including WiFi. I half-expected some single-use slippers, but alas, no such luck. During my stay, I had the privilege, or dubious honor, of a Helene Fischer concert taking place nearby. I tell you, nothing screams Germany louder than a Helene Fischer concert! I specifically picked this hotel with its four-star billing and an on-site restaurant, hoping to avoid the hustle and bustle of Hannover after a hard day's journey. Let me add, I was on a business trip and not participating in that concert frenzy. Now, here's the kicker. In honor of the concert, the restaurant had decided to serve a buffet dinner. They charged a rather hefty 37 Euros, which would have been palatable had the spread lived up to the price tag. Sadly, it did not. Rolling in around 9 p.m., I found the Fischer fanatics had practically *****ped the buffet. Picture a salad that looked more like it had been left in a desert for hours and a chicken so dry, it might have clucked for water. The neatly arranged mozzarella and tomato slices had also seen better hours, and as for the braised pork, it was more fat than feast. I dared not touch the fish, fearing an upset stomach. The panna cotta, meanwhile, was more of a panna notta, disintegrating into a puddle-like mess. The staff were all smiles and politeness, but it was buffet or bust. Nothing to be ordered from the usual menu. The breakfast the next morning was ok though.

Temperature in the room at arriving was 29,5 Celsius. Aircon not working, windows locked, could not open and having fresh air. So I had to sleep in a sauna for two nights. I had terrible days because of NO sleep. Never again!

I went to the hotel restaurant to eat but no one came to serve me, I waited 30 min and went to the next hotel Park to eat. lousy service

I stayed one weeknight at the Radisson Blu Hannover, receiving no platinum upgrade or recognition of status. I fear this is becoming the norm as I have resumed routine travel and there’s a fight at check-in most every time to get staff to acknowledge status. I trade nights of my life each year to earn status only to have it ignored by the staff. I understand and appreciate that the last several years of travel have been made difficult, but now it seems that everyone in the industry—car hire, hotel, air travel—are trying to make all their money back at one time. It shines through in the dismissive way that staff are treating customers. I’ve stayed at the hotel more than 20 times since 2019, including in 2020 during the pandemic, and returned in 2022. The hotel is the same as my last trips, except less caring in its approach.
