酒店的設施還可以，但是服務不好，宣傳的圖片和介紹與實物不符，我訂的豪華大床房，第一次給我一個沒有窗的我去跟店員溝通，第二次給我一個走廊盡頭的（這家酒店的沒有人房間都是開着門的，我們在走廊看到有和我們一樣房型的房間空着）然後我就去換店員服務不好，非常不情願。酒店還沒有電梯。

在杭州不能訂太便宜的房子！剛從黃山市過來，黃山的房子很便宜，一百來塊錢就又大又好看。就在杭州訂了差不多價錢的酒店。哪知道這是爛酒店，枕頭黃黃的，墊子裏的彈簧都沒支撐力了的舊東西。所有東西都是爛爛的，插頭爛爛的，衞生很差。他們的爛床就扔在走廊，那些換洗的床單被套也扔在走廊。感覺真的好拉咖！
我朋友説從來沒有住過這麼差的酒店！一晚上都睡得不安生。好在衹睡一晚，第二天趕緊離開杭州了

衞生真的巨無敵差，有史以來住過最臟的，洗手枱沒洗乾淨，洗澡噴頭上都是水垢，馬桶上一模還有黏黏的。杯子上都是灰塵。床頭是一個巨臟的插座。房間還一股黴味。甚至二樓旁邊還有人在炒菜做飯？？真的別來，誰來誰後悔，房間裏面也沒有瓶裝水，説有書桌也沒有，我這明明是商務房，看我一個小女生就好欺負？沒有書桌怎麼辦公？？房卡還給錯了，真的巨無語。懷疑給我開錯房了都，第一次給人差評，這實在是受不了了

五一漲價特嚴重，兩天花了800，屋裡就一張床，一個小櫃子，沒電視，説是有無線網，讓自己搜，根本就搜不到，等於沒有，插座還是插的一個插排，隔壁房間是吃飯的一個包廂，外面是小區，隔音效果特差，服務態度一般，洗漱用品沒香皂，第一天還沒給梳子。洗手間的杯子臟的污漬特厚一層
