房間很不錯，給爸爸媽媽訂的，為了第二天趕高鐵，距離杭州東很近，步行十幾分鍾就到了，房間比想象中的要乾淨整潔，前台小姐姐還免費給升級了房型，服務一級棒👍🏻下次趕車還會訂！

入住房間整體不錯，檢查了一遍，達到我個人居住標準，價位符合，靠東站極近，步行五分鐘就到，房間較多還可以免費升級大床房

怎麼説呢，就很難評，除了前台服務態度比較好以外，其他的我真是一分都不想給啊，首先衞生間馬桶味道很大，一進房間就有一股那種下水道的臭味，都是廁所裏面散發的，前台幫我噴了空氣清新劑，又一直開着排風扇，算是稍微好了點，最離譜的是我睡到半夜，床上居然有蟑螂爬出來，給我嚇得半死，給前台打電話，當天晚上説換不了房，最能等到第二天，嚇得我我一夜沒敢再睡着，你們酒店的衞生真要加強一下了
