The staff were polite and accommodating if you spoke Chinese. The location is excellent with sites, restaurants, shopping and bars on your doorstep. The hotel is a lovely setting and the accommodation was clean. It was my partners birthday so I requested something a little extra and the hotel provided a birthday banner, balloons and a very nice rose petal heart on the floor in the living room. A lovely touch! The TVs were both small and incredibly quiet. The WiFi was challenging to log on to and it kept dropping. When we requested extras like a shirt steamer and a bucket with ice they came quickly and brought into the suite. Good service but amenities need to be looked at.

The breakfast is a set meal, which is quite colorful. The living room downstairs and the room upstairs are very clean. It's beautiful. Easy to travel.

The hotel has thoughtfully upgraded the guest room with a living room. The room is on the third floor because there is no elevator in a historical building. The service staff will help bring the luggage up. The room is well equipped and the atmosphere is full of atmosphere. This set is really good. The fly in the ointment is that the air conditioning in the living room is not strong enough, the shower water temperature in the bathroom is not hot enough, the bathtub water temperature is just right, and there is nothing to see outside the window. The hotel has convenient transportation and is just one minute away from West Lake. The surrounding shopping malls have everything to eat. Just walk 500 meters from Longxiangqiao Metro Station.
