Good location, just beside the canal and the night market, where you can have a pleasant walk. The architecture is very charming, being this a former silk factory, renovated to be an hotel. The staff is friendly and english speaking. Breakfast is ok, but they could offer something more. Overall recommended

Very nice hotel with a feeling of tea house. The room was big with nice features: big bathtub, automatic toilet. The beakfast was good and the staff friendly enough. We could enjoy a late check out. Very closed to the temple and metro station (5min walk)

Overall, this an excellent hotel. The rooms with the en suite bath are a good size, and the location on the canal (if that is where you want to be) is perfect. Metro near for easy access to West Lake. Politely decline request for high deposit, and you are looking at a great option

The hotel were really helpful, extending my check out time without extra charge. The facilities are really good, but if you want to use the pool and gym, be aware they don’t open until 2pm. Breakfast is a good spread and mix of local and western choices. I love the location right on the canal, but it might be less convenient if looking to visit West Lake specifically.

The hotel is directly located at the beautiful canal scenery with a lot of nice cafes and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and supportive. Guided me personally to near PCR Test Station. There had been some construction work during my stay what wasn’t that nice but also not too bad. The gym is completely outdated and too small, there was also no staff at that time I visited it. Breakfast was ok but not outstanding, had much better breakfast at that hotel level but not for that price (but I got a bigger discount, maybe because of construction?) The room was quite ok, nothing to high not lowlight. I like the European curtain style. I would definitely come again due to the excellent price value balance

Nice historical feel of the hotel but too cold to enjoy. If you are sitting in the lobby, you must wear a winter jacket. Super bad soundproofing you were woken up as soon as someone walked past a door talking and hotel employees cleaning could be heard constantly talking to people or on the phone. I also didn't like the breakfast, much of the food was stale or too cold. The interior of the room is ok, however, the walls in the bathroom were found dirty and moldy in certain areas.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to Dadou Road when you go out. It is really easy to take your baby with you. You can go out for a walk and go back in minutes when you are tired. The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the breakfast is rich and quiet. On the first morning, I returned to the room and met the aunt who was cleaning. The cleaning was clean and careful. From check-in to check-out, the staff I met were very friendly. After checking out, I forgot something and the front desk contacted and helped to send it back. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience.

The location is extremely advantageous, close to the Dadou Street District. The hotel has a special door leading directly to the market. Get up early and take a walk along the quiet riverside to see the red leaves in late autumn. It feels like you are enjoying the beautiful scenery alone! The hotel lobby is elegant and warm. I was greeted by the polite handsome Luo. He said that it was cold and he was afraid that the first floor I originally booked would be damp and cold. He kindly upgraded me to the exclusive room on the third floor and helped me take my luggage to the room. It was warm as soon as I entered the room. In addition, he also gave me a souvenir-a beautiful Hangzhou silk scarf. All of them reflect the hotel's management philosophy and personal cultural quality. This hotel was recommended by a local friend in Hangzhou. I stayed in another hotel a few days ago. The same price is incomparable to this hotel. I strongly recommend Hangzhou Canal Qili Hotel, believe me!

The hotel environment is good, the room hygiene details are well done, and souvenirs are given when checking out. It is close to Xiangji Temple subway station. There are many small shops along the river around it, which are very unique. The scenery inside the hotel is particularly beautiful
