服務一流，前台小姐姐態度不錯，要求延遲退房也積極迴應。免費升級房型，而且窗户不會關也幫忙關上。
我對設施要求不高，但隔音是重中之重，晚上被隔壁電視聲音吵到睡不着，前台和隔壁溝通後有所改善。但早上又被樓上吵醒。
不過200出頭能看到二十幾樓的夜景也算是不錯。
晚上關燈後，燈按鈕處的燈光太亮了，自己起來用貼紙貼上才能睡，這也是設計不合理處之一。
如果為了夜景，200出頭定一個20幾樓的落地窗絕對不虧，希爾頓歡朋的夜景都不一定比這個好，前提是能接受隔音缺陷

酒店位置就在地鐵站旁邊，出了地鐵站就是，周邊吃飯啥的也很方便，周邊商圈也比較完善，距離杭州奧體很近，屬於奧體商圈，每次來杭州出差都會選擇這，房間就可以直接欣賞錢塘江的夜景了！

房間看出去的錢塘江風景不錯，從錢江世紀城地鐵站出來100米左右就到酒店了，交通非常便捷，周邊商場很多，那個大樓裏好多類似酒店，還可以的！

交通挺方便，門口就是地鐵，馬路斜對面是錢江公園，不過地方冷清沒啥人氣。宿館大門太小，不留意會找不到，電樓衹有一部，而且從上到下都是不同名稱的賓館共用，又慢又擠。房間倒挺大，看似商辦樓改的，就是兩衹沒有腱的矮沙發有點莫名，沒法坐是個擺設，其他都還好

落地窗很舒服，自動窗簾，總體設計簡約高級，床睡着十分舒適，前台小姐姐服務也很好，缺點就是酒店位置比較難找。

套房整體大小和對外介紹一致，公共區域和房間死角衞生有待提高。
最大好處，性價比較高。
前台服務人員，有一位比較好。
酒店附近有一個小的商業中心，吃飯都方便。
酒店步行可到錢江世紀公園，公園的泰國菜不錯。

衞生：角角落落打掃還有待提升，床單上老污漬都清晰不了，難免讓人心裏猜疑
