雖算不上高大上，但房間乾淨、整潔，服務貼心到位。賓館的特色菜品做得不錯，深受家庭成員喜歡。距離西湖景區很近，騎車十分鐘，既避堵又能感受騎遊西湖的快樂。斜對面就是浙大提前預約還能感受學院氛圍，很好！

在浙江大學斜對面，離岳墳一站路，對面青芝塢，附近有新豐小吃，知味觀，無早餐也方便的。前台接待態度不錯，房內衞生良好，保潔阿姨態度也不錯。就是晚上跳閘了，一位穿白襯衣的女士前來修理，好像挺不樂意的樣子，修好了對她説了謝謝也無動於衷，無語!這個跳電不是酒店的原因嘛，發生狀況客人求助你們不是很正常嘛!所以扣了一星。

很奇怪，房間裏不給擺免費牙刷，入住才給，如果用了房間的牙刷，還不能開票。前台是一副“你想住就住，不想住就別住”的態度，不知道有沒有專業培訓過，不推薦入住，下次也不會來了。

上次住這家店，感覺還不錯，於是這次來就又預訂了它家。結果，這回悲劇了。房間衹有一樓的，一打開門，一股黴味撲面而來，雖然房間的窗户也是開着的，連打好幾個噴嚏。申請換一個不是一樓的房間，前台答覆説沒有空房，不給換。打開攜程看到仍然可以預訂其他房間，我信你個鬼。白天出去忙，晚上回來，房門外好幾個蚊子正在等我歸來，趕走後，發現房間裏早有好幾衹🦟蚊子，等着侍寢。洗漱時，發現房間裏沒有提供洗漱用品，但是發現有收費的牙具。洗個澡，牆上那個蓮蓬頭的管子竟然比蓮蓬頭突出很多，洗頭時管子一直在耳邊蹭來蹭去。然後，腳下是個老舊小浴缸，落下去的水排不走，於是邊洗澡邊“泡腳”。洗完澡，發現廁所天花板上有滴水，起初以為是洗澡時水蒸氣凝結，結果一直滴到了第二天。上床睡覺，躺了一會就發現被褥潮濕得不行，躺的地方都是濕乎乎的。沒辦法，硬着頭皮睡到了第二天早上，把被子捂幹了。早上很早就醒了，發現平整的枕頭變成了斜坡狀，難怪睡醒了脖子疼。於是，早上匆匆退房告辭。
