The location of the hotel is very good, and is the main advantage - 1 minute from the subway, and at the intersection of the main attractions, easy access to everything.
In my opinion the hotel is overrated. I arrived at the hotel at 23:00, and my room was not prepared, I had to wait for cleaning to finish. Also, at first I was given a key to a cheaper room category. A traveler who does not speak Chinese will have difficulty solving problems.
The room was clean, but there are places which are never cleaned: for example, there is dust hanging over the bed head, a layer of dust on the tea set tray. The windows in the room are so dirty that there is no point in paying extra for the view from the room, which is really very nice. It's better to go outside and see everything.
The bed is very comfortable, but the wardrobe and bedside tables are probably 50 years old.
Breakfast is very standard, I came at the end of breakfast, and the room was very dirty - the floor, tables were covered in the remains of food - dropped or spilled. Apparently the visitors are not very careful.
The hotel does not provide some things that are usual for such a room price by default - a shower cap, slippers for the room. If you arrive late, be aware that asking for them extra at night will be difficult.

It was very close to all the main attractions and very convenient overall. I think it’s a bit overpriced though. The room needed some repairs and the coffee machine at breakfast malfunctioned a lot. When I asked the lady for help she ignored me which was very frustrating. The noodles were yummy and the lady serving them was very polite and warm.

Pros: new-looking hotel, room very comfortable, very good location: near subway and Hefang night market, near a big department store(5-10 mins walk), near West lake (10 mins walk), next to hotel no food (inhouse has restaurant) but walk 5 mins quite a number of affordable options
Cons: nothing much, breakfast is decent
