這是最差的一次體驗，這樣的的出租屋和價格怎麼能上攜程？簡直連住青聯旅社都不如！！顧客好評老闆給10元返現，就知道其他好評是怎麼來的。1，首先住宿不需要身份登記，沒有見到人，這是不是違法經營？。2，這個就是在舊住宅區裏面租了幾間房子，整體裝修和用的東西都是極差的東西，一看就是用的最差的材料和傢俱，短期賺快錢。水頭龍用的塑料的，洗澡的花灑也是壞的。3，最差的是衞生，到處都是灰塵和頭髮，床頭和洗手間看了都噁心。4，床上四件套用的是皺巴巴那種材料，很難看得出來是否換過床單。5，地板不是瓷磚，全是用皮粘的。6，換洗的床單和毛巾直接就晾曬在房間的陽台。7，最糟糕的是靠近高速路，噪音很大，睡不着。

房間古色古香，還擺有漢服茶桌，可供拍照。民宿位置真的很棒，離地鐵口，清河坊街，西湖都是幾分鐘就能到達。老闆人也特別Nice,我們中途改變了行程，老闆很通情達理的協調退了房費，假期期間遇到這麼好的老闆，真的要給個大大的贊👍👍👍，真心強烈推薦

住的是家庭房，不好的地方：室內裝修差，櫃子裏還有一堆雜物，洗衣房環境可以稱得上惡劣，最後一晚整個下水道返水，最後還是第二天通過kf處理完畢。當晚我提出給個其他沒租出去的房，給我們洗澡就可以了，但商家説沒有，但我在攜程看到還有房間可以訂。跟kf溝通，房東還説我們沒提出維修？下水道返水？提出維修？確定不是商家主動提出解決辦法？
整體感覺：對西湖周邊住宿環境有個底，但沒想到差成這樣，更差的是商家處理，明顯就是住一個賺一個，房間連翻新一下都沒有。

服務：房主小姐姐特別周到提前溝通告知了位置如何走更方便 也特別温馨的告訴了周圍好玩的地方
衞生：屋子雖然不大 但是可以住下五個大人 設施都很乾凈 周邊也特別有煙火氣 有大投影儀 一天走下來 躺在床上看個電影也是舒適極了
環境：就在西湖旁邊 超級超級方便
從地鐵站走過來一路看西湖 其實也是不知不覺就走到了 路邊的馬路也超有氛圍感 性價比很高
下次來還會選擇這裏！

房間佈置的很好，很温馨，最主要是帶長者很方便，出門對面就是西湖內環線的公交車，再往前是一公園的船舶，右手再往前就是二公園的船，再往前就是西湖噴泉處，個人感覺這個地理位置簡直不要太贊。出行遊玩看西湖超級方便。

是民宿, 不是酒店, 類似外國的AIRBNB. 位置離南宋御街, 清河坊很近, 附近也有不少公交站點, 出行算方便.
今次杭州之旅主要想吃三巨頭: 外婆家, 新白鹿, 綠茶, 可惜三家離此都有點距離, 不太方便. 另外, 若想去西湖遊玩, 那就不是很就腳, 離西湖有至少1公里以上的路程.
房間燈光明亮, 床很舒適, 尤其床單的布料, 很舒服. 比住酒店好的地方在於聯絡房東很方便, 基本在線馬上解決問題, 而且可以找房東推薦餐廳.
值得改善的點:
1. 不應將上一手用户使用過的床單洗後晾在露台, 觀感不好, 而且佔用原本屬於我的空間,
2. 洗手枱在外, 但馬桶 淋浴間在廁所內, 且衹有一瓶沐浴露, 沒有肥皂, 上完廁所洗手不方便
3. 空氣太幹了, 衣服幹得很快, 但人也幹得很快.

名宿位置離景區近，和市中心也貼着不遠，房間乾淨整潔，裝修以及裝飾讓人感覺很舒適，裏面的物件也很適合拍照，看起來很有文藝範，也讓人感覺眼前一亮，對比之前在其他地方住的名宿，杭州的南風居性價比以及各方面都是不錯的！下次來杭州玩還會再來的。

位置就是中山苑3幢，根本不是平台上的定位，樓是老破小，樓道窄，進房間一股潮的味道，衞生間窗户開開會有股食物下水味道，床下全是灰，床墊超級硬，櫃子都是刷漆的，被褥也有一股味道！地板舊的不像樣，衞生間很小，要不是飛機晚點，到的時候已經超過18點，我就退房了，尋思將就一晚，半夜孩子睡覺磕到牀頭櫃尖角處，下巴磕出血了，真是後悔沒當時退房！跟圖片差距很大
