QUANTUM INN Hangzhou East

The hotel is inside the East Railway station, below the rail lines. Very convenient to use metro and high speed trains. Slightly hard to find initially. It's at the West Square end. You will see 7-eleven on the left. On the opposite end are many food shops. Go past 7-eleven along a lonely, long corridor, about 200m and past the doors at the end, you will see Quantum Inn. The room looks new, simple but tastefully furnished. Facilities include a table with chair, kettle, 2 mugs, bed with full linen and 2 side tables, open shelf with 4 clothes hangers, air Cond, toiletries, towels etc. Daily room service with fresh towels and 2 bottles of water. Air Cond, flush, water pressure and shower temperature good. Separate toilet and shower. Lacking free coffee/tea sachet in room, floor towel/mat for keeping feet dry after taking a shower, and hooks in toilet and shower to hang your clothes. Also, put more visible signage outside, near 7-eleven to guide guests. Chinese style buffet breakfast is simple but adequate.

Bed super comfy. The room is huge and very clean and pleasant. The location is just perfect right next to the train station. All this on such a budget…impressive.

Very nice hotel, room was big, nicely desgined, comfortable and clean. Toilet seperate to shower which was nice, toiletries provided. Washing machine facilities are great. Breakfast included was quite good, a decent selection of food and all nice. All staff were very helpful, especially appreciated as I don't speak Chinese. Location is perfect, just under the railway station so it only takes a few minutes to get to the entrance. A bit expensive but the convenience of staying in the station is great, in particular if you have an early train/just arrived from a long journey. Overall its good value and would stay again.

A great hotel in the railway station. Ease of taking the train. Breakfast was good with fruits etc. We asked for bottled water and was given readily. Great place

My go-to hotel when visiting Hangzhou. The location is excellent. Affordable and clean.

The hotel is located in a really good place! It is a little bit difficult to find for the first time. After calling and asking, the staff explained clearly. I am sure that I will live here for my next trip!

I like theirs breakfast Chinese style with congee, vegetables, Chinese bun, corn, sweet potatoes, fruits and soy milk taste is good.

The hotel is extremely hard to find. It’s located right under the east station which is a disadvantage in my opinion. There are no windows in any room which results in no fresh air and the feeling you are trapped inside a bunker or basement. Combined with people smoking makes the air very uncomfortable. Also, there were hairs and other dirty stuff on the floor. The worst part is the noise. Don’t expect to get a good night rest here as the hotel lies directly under a bus stop which makes loud banging noises every minute as if someone is banging on an iron door like a ******. The staff was very helpful and kind. 这个酒店太吵了，害得你睡不着。地面不干净。服务员挺友善的。
