I chose this hotel for a business trip and gave me a perfect stay. After the high-speed rail arrived at the station, the hotel had a driver to pick up the station for free. There were free tea and snacks at the door. During the stay at the front desk, the young lady was very patient and attentive. The service was really good. The room is a large bay window, water and tea are free, fruit and drinks are also presented in the afternoon, the facilities and equipment of the room are very good, for me who have stayed in many hotels on business trips, the breakfast of this hotel is also very good, there are sausages, fried eggs, boiled eggs, And the bean paste buns I like to eat, it is really a perfect stay experience, very recommended. Traveling to Handan, I made a temporary reservation and the hotel exceeded expectations.
First of all, the service is very good. All service staff are polite, warm and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and all inquiries were answered in detail. Takeaways were also delivered to the room.
In terms of facilities, it can't compare with the first-tier brands, but it really doesn't lose. It's at least as good as the Marriott Sheraton, which should be considered very good in Handan.
The location is very close to the East Station and parking is very convenient. If you come to travel, it is highly recommended.

The service attitude at the front desk was very good and very polite. A warm little cockroach was sent before and after check-in.
The problem of late check-out was also solved very well. I stayed for three more hours, eliminating the trouble of waiting for the afternoon train.
During the period, no major problems were found in the sanitation. After cleaning, the missing things in the room will be filled. The sheets and quilts will be replaced in time. Seeing that our room drinks more water, we also intimately replenish two more bottles of water. During the stay, we often use the app to request mineral water. It is also a positive response.
Takeaways have intelligent robots delivered to the door.
Good location, take a taxi to the train station east, go to the west to the Merle City Tuxuan for a few dollars.
The fly in the ointment for me is that the hotel wifi is a bit slow, watching 4k movies is more card.
All in all, it is a very cost-effective hotel.

Facilities: Smart failure. The row of lights at the head of the bed and the row of lights above the TV could not be turned off. I could only sleep with the lights on for one night. The hotel staff said that if it really didn't work, I could unplug the power card to sleep. I called the front desk at more than 11 o'clock, but it was already 12 o'clock when they came to check me. They brought an engineer. In fact, they used the smart voice control method that was given to me on the phone. He also came again and couldn't solve it at all. It was a little faster and asked me to change the room alone. At that time, all the new vitality was turned on and the washbasin was full of my own supplies. I made an appointment with friends and family to go out and play early the next morning. There was no time to change.
The air conditioning control panel was also broken. There was always a sound of electricity.
Although they changed my room the next day and gave me a fruit plate, and thanked them for handling it, but this trip became very bad.
The experience was reduced because I was looking forward to the hotel. After all, it is a new smart hotel. The restaurant service is very good. Thank you for this.

CChrissy_HankMy boyfriend and I visited his family and we chose H Mingzhu hotel for my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect and situated near a lovely park (which was a walking distance across the hotel). The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was quite big and nice. However, it was a bit stuffy and smelled a bit of a smoking room (even though I was reassured it was a nonsmoking room). I constantly had the humidifier on to help with the room air quality. Although, they had a range of breakfast Chinese food option; which was good, yet, the food was not heated so it easily got cold by the time you serve yourself. I would recommend for them to consider having food burners to keep the food warm. Overall, I had a good stay and would most probably stay at the hotel again when visiting Handan.

BBahriMy stay at Congtai grand hotel was superb, the location is easily accessible to shopping malls , restaurants and transport. The front desk staff was very friendly and cooperative despite having so many formalities due to the covid pandemic, the staff guide me to the nucleic acid test collection centre and collected the PCR result. Even arranged a taxi to the train station before checkout. I would definitely recommend it, guys whenever you’re in Handan , don’t miss out.

There are performances every day on festivals and in the neighborhood. It's great! The room service is no worse than that of a five-star hotel in a big city. It is clean and tidy. The degree of secondary cleaning of the room shows the hotel's care. Knowing that we brought children with us, we were given enough drinking water every day, and there were seasonal fruits every day. When we left the hotel, the front desk lady also gave the children a small gift when we left the hotel. These are all plus points. Handan is a city worth playing in. I will come again. I wish the hotel a prosperous business!

MMengyufeiyangHandan is my hometown and I have feelings for it, but I really can't ask too much from the hotel. I can only say that it is cheap and cost-effective.
The suite is quite large and the overall color scheme is comfortable, but the bed is too small and the indoor temperature is not suitable.
I really have to complain about the breakfast, it is really not good enough.
