1. The shower outlet drained very slowly.
2. The shower has no door, so a lot of water went onto the floor in front of the shower, then slowly flowed across the floor to cover the rest of the bathroom. When I used the toilet in the night, I was standing in water.
3. The reverse cycle heater above the front door probably worked okay, but it's location in the short thin corridor to where it opens out into the rest of the room meant that the heat never really warmed the room well. We had it on 25 all night and the room was still cold the next morning.
