Excellent location, very clean hotel, nice staff, comfortable bed, soft pillows, big room, a shower, what else do we need just for one night? Keep remembering to stay there again when we visit the Hamburg

It was fine. The customer service was not friendly or inviting as other posts had said. Also, I sat down to breakfast thinking it was included (I had forgotten whether I booked breakfast or not). I told my server my room number and they acted as though it was included, but then I was handed a bill at the end. I had not booked breakfast and this is my fault ultimately, but the server really should have said something when I gave my room number, not after we ate. Otherwise, it was fine.

Very close to the train station and bus stops. 15 minute walk to the lake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Elke and Pierre were great! I was very happy with this hotel and have recommended it to friends.

Ich kann das Hotel leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Mein Aufenthalt in Hamburg wurde sehr getrübt. Wir hatten zu zweit ein Doppelzimmer. Das Bett war höchstens 1,40 m breit. Das Zimmer sehr klein und hellhörig. Der Fahrstuhl von 1966 war sehr laut. Keine Fahrt zu überhören. Das einzige Personal was zu hören und zu sehen war, war der Mann mit dem Hochdruckreiniger um 8:30 morgens. Ein Hotel ohne Personal ist nicht schön. Man fühlt sich nicht als Gast. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Das einzig Gute war die Lage. Schade!!

Kleines, sehr ordentliches Hotel, gut erreichbar per Ubahn oder Taxi. Sehr angenehmes check-in Verfahren, da ich in der Nacht angekommen bin und problemlos einchecken konnte. Zimmer klein, aber sauber. Bad klein, aber sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Matratze sehr angenehm und dann Schallschutzfenster still..

För dom som både vill bo nära centrum och få en god natts sömn. Hotellet ligger i ett lugnt område, rummet var mycket välstädat och i gott skick, trevlig personal i receptionen. Receptionen har ganska begränsade öppettider men själv check-in fungerade problemlöst. Sängen var inte den mjukaste men bekväm. Lite minuspoäng för att det var ganska lyhört från korridoren, så det är bäst att ha öronproppar om man vill sova länge på morgonen (annars vaknar man när de börjar städa). Det verkar dock inte vara lyhört från grannrummen.
